Me and my fiance decided to try Taka for our post valentines dinner. To be fair with them, their food was really good and we liked it. But their service was so dissappointing, if only We could give a negative star we would. Also we think that they lied to us about our order. We ordered 3 different kind of rolls but only got 2. When we asked about it. The lady said she served us the rolls we asked about. But it was just 2 of the same roll. Our server didnt care, I guess. Because she just drop the food and leave. We have to ask a different server to get service. Also we ordered edamame as appetizer but they gave us fried gyoza. It was terrible terrible terrible. And dissapointing.. we didnt expect for a fine dining service bcos we know it wasnt a fine dine restaurant but atleast do your job well and make the customer feel they are welcome to eat at your restaurant. Also i wish they have like a piece of paper as their menu for people who wants to order drinks. So we have something to look at.Photo attached. Those rolls wrapped with seaweeds are just the same. And the lady said it was the dragon spider roll and the shrimp tempura. But they just all look and taste like shrimp tempura rolls.

The waitstaff is always super nice and attentive, the food is delicious and consistent and the wait is never long. Great family restaurant Kid-friendliness: Super friendly staff I've been taking my small children here for 2 years (including when they were babies) and staff have always been SO nice to the kids, getting them kid friendly chopsticks etc
Awesome atmosphere.They didn't threaten us when we didn't finish our buffet food ?? and if we had an issue with the food they were happy to fix it. Food was delicious and came quickly also the portions are BIG which I wasn't expecting hence the not finishing our food part.

Being a regular customer at this place, my recent visit disappointed me due to the food quality. The salmon sashimi lacked freshness, sushi rolls were bland, and the shrimp tempura rolls tasted like the shrimp had been sitting around. The fried foods had an old oil flavor, and even the Pad Thai wasn't up to par. While I'm not making accusations, there's a concern that restaurants might serve older food to customers, unaware that this practice often leads to closures. Considering the prices, I had expected a much better experience.
