The cook needs a field trip to somewhere that serves an authentic Reuben. Just a couple of shreds (no exaggeration at all) on each of our three sandwiches. When we asked for more, it was ice cold. Obviously he/she had never had one. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

The experience was beautiful with family, in a pretty spot however...1. Pineapple juice in our Bistro drink gave us extremely upset tummies.2. The bees were ridiculous.3. Both sandwiches were tasteless.4. 3/4 of us are tag teaming the bathroom.5. The one elderly waitress with the long brown twisted ponytail was very fake nice to her consumers but SUPER rude to everyone else. Rude to the young man who sitted us. Rude to the disabled lady that just wanted use the bathroom and made her go all around to the front. Rude to my son who was in the bathroom and LOCKED the door between him and his family! Not ever coming back there.

We ordered a sandwich and a salad. The sandwich was ok but the salad which costs $18.50 + taxes came with a lot of bad leaves.

I went there for the first time and wanted to enjoy the atmosphere of being at the riverside, but the customer service level was so poor. They talked very badly when we asked about sitting in below the shadow to be away from the sun. They were so impolite! So we decided to not use their service and change to another restaurant.Maybe they have enough customers so it is not important for them what new ones think or experience!!

My favorite spot on the water!!! Couldn't have a more convenient location. The service is pretty consistent over the years. Glad I can enjoy the same menu because it is good and makes come back every time. The food is usually more like a snack than a dinner but tried their perch dinner and it was OK. I feel so relaxed when I go, no matter the season. It's my hidden place, best views to Detroit skyline, still affordable, better service than the Keg around the corner. I hope it stays open for many years to come.

We stopped here on a road trip from London Ontario to Cleveland Ohio. It was pretty close to the bridge to the US. It did not take us too far off track. It was right on the water – a great location. The patio was unfortunately closed. However, the entire restaurant is windows, so we had a great view of the Detroit skyline. There’s also a big skylight, which makes it very bright. It was very casual, although they were cloth napkins. The kids menu has several good options for 799. There are personal pan pizzas. They had one vegan option – a vegetable wrap with pesto. My dad ordered the poutine, but it was a bit weird-no cheese curds. My husband ordered a perch wrap which was fairly delicious. The french fries themselves were very good, as were the sweet potato fries. The service was very fast. We ordered pop and there were refills. Bathrooms were very clean. My family rated it between a four and a five but overall I felt that it met all of our expectations. It was quick. It was very casual. It had a great view and was on the water. While we were waiting for our food I was able to go outside and walk around with one of my kids. Overall a surprise hit and I’m rating it a 5. They serve wine from Pelee island, which I thought was cute even though I don’t like Ontario wine.

Cute locationGood viewPaid Parking just outside the restaurantOur waitress was very friendly !But very slow service. (Seemed understaffed.) Over nearly 2 hours before our food came out.3/4 dishes we ordered were good! However the pizza was very wet soggy and was sent back to the kitchen.Vegetarian options: Pizza and salad

Our server was awesome! We had to switch tables twice outside due to 6 wasps continually circling us untilWe finally headed inside. The food was good however I believe that the $18 shrimp cocktail fails in many ways. FirstlyThe price was outrageous for the little amount of small shrimp I received. And the lemons on the plate were mushy. Adjust your price or remove it from the menu! Other then that it was good the poutine there is huge and one of the best I’ve ever had!!

I stopped in to this cute restaurant after it starting raining as I was walking near the river and decided to grab a drink with my coworker. As I walked in I was immediately greeted and told to sit where I'd like. The waitress (who's named I regretfully neglected to get) comes over with a clean table cloth for me to drape over my shoulders as she noticed I had gotten wet in the rain. INSTANT 5 stars! I didn't order any food as I had just eaten but I did get a Rum Punch which was absolutely amazingly refreshing. Not too sweet and the perfect amount of alcohol. This was a perfect gem to run across for my day trip on Canada!

They don't have enough servers. There was two ladies taken care of customers inside and outside, they were running back and forth. The food was good when we finally got it. ?
