Couldn't find anywhere to eat on Good Friday so chose this as we were walking by. WOW! The service was great, the ambiance very relaxing. I had the prime rib which was nothing short of fantastic. The mushroom dip appetizer is out of this world. A bit on the spendy side, but well worth the splurge!!

I was very excited to take my girlfriend to the keg for our anniversary, unfortunately after we ordered our drinks out bartender “John” was just on his phone completely ignoring us. Short story we never got our drinks so we just left the bar. Never coming back again!

Always look forward to a special evening at the Keg. Seldom disappointed but this was our most disappointing experience.On this occasion, although on the wine list; our favourite was not available. Fenturing out to a new wine, with the price point in mind, I asked for a taster first; not available. The Wedge Salad was delicious.Prime rib usually so tender. A bit chewy this time. Service was not super attentive but okay.Overall, experience did not equate to $ spent.

Whenever you go to the Keg, I feel like you can expect to recieve a great level service and an excellent meal. This location was no exception! I had a very enjoyable time being a friend for supper. The steak I ordered was cooked just the way I requested as usual. The fact that they use OpenTable is a big bonus and makes reservations a breeze.

The Dinner was Outstanding, Service Experience Top notch... and for food .. Awesome... never had a Top sirloin Like that ever... cooked just how I requested, and sides to the Tea ! ... Ended Dinner with acup of ☕️coffee.... that Starbucks Crap!!!!?...other then that ....Do it !! ?? ? ???was a 5 Star...had to make it a 4... because the Coffee was a BIG BUMPERParking: 8.oo parking.. USA cost 5.35

I made reservations in advance for a particular table only to find out that it was not available when we arrived. The dining room manager Thomas Chapis-Caron apologized for the situation and explained that reservations are not guaranteed on Fridays and Saturdays. We were given an option of 2 other tables, and the table we selected worked out very well.Thanks to Thomas for a wonderful evening. Thomas went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable dinner. We also want to thank Brooke for excellent service! We appreciate your hospitality! We loved the Keg before but this evening reminded us why the Keg is so special.

Average .. 3 people ordered Steak and Lobster. Only one was cooked properly. Lobster tails were pathetically small. Sangria was awesome along with the old fashions. The salmon that was ordered was cooked properly. All ordered desserts were delicious. But when you spend 550.00 plus tip for 4 people at a Keg. Steak should be cooked properly.

We were greeted politely and sat promptly. Our server was very friendly and professional. We received our drinks as expected and appetizers were quick to serve. However, we waited much longer than usual for our entrees. My steak was cooked to a medium with perfection. My wife ordered her steak medium-well however it was medium rare at best. If my steak isn't cooked to my liking I'll make it work but If red juices are running from the steak, it's a deal breaker for her. We weren't able to request it be returned because we were on a tight schedule. It's one thing to mess up a side or appetizer but not really acceptable to get things right with a steak at The Keg.

I personally visit this restaurant at least 3 times per month and unfortunately can safely say that 2 out of the 3 times, the steaks are not cooked properly (either over or undercooked).The management always try to make it right however when you’re at dinner and everyone got their meals, the last thing you want to do is wait another however long to get your meal prepared again.I recommend the Keg for a quick meal if you’re not picky about your steak, keeping in mind that this is a chain and cannot be compared to an actual steakhouse.

My wife and I went here on Valentine's Day and it was very busy. The atmosphere wasn't too bad, the outside patio area was closed but they still had nice bar and table areas for sitting.The service was alright; we had the baked garlic shrimp, teriyaki sirloin and the keg burger. The baked garlic shrimp was a very small portion and was misleading in size due to the tray shape/depth when we got it. The keg burger was very disappointing in terms of what a burger should be like, however, I was surprised how well the sirloin came out and would recommend that over the other two options.Overall, I do not recommend coming here if you are not a big fan of steak, higher prices, or "fancy" dining. I would not come here again because of those reasons above but was glad I got to try it out for myself.Parking: Located by the river in downtown, hard to find parking at times

Rather than saying I’ll send someone, he egoistically said, I AM THE BOSS, I DON’T TAKE ORDERS. I didn’t want to ruin my special day, so I let it slide. However, I won't be returning to risk having another celebration ruined by the BOSS’S attitude. DISAPPOINTING.
