Just go to the other Tim Hortons on the other side of Ford. Going here in the morning is fine for a coffee but any time after 3 is just a bad idea cause they'll never have what you want. You can go any day of the week or month and they'll say the chicken is still in the oven, they're out of wedges, don't have any good donuts, don't have steeped tea, can't make an Ice Capp, and the coffee is luke warm. Even when I managed to get a flatbread pizza which was my last option, it takes forever and when received it's missing toppings and not cut. So silly me not bringing silverware with me to eat fast food just tore it asunder with my hands cause picking it up all in one piece when it has the texture of a moist towel is a terrible idea. Yes going to the other timmies adds like an entire 2 minutes to my drive but at the same time I'll get my order faster anyways. Was spending about $70+ a week here just cause it's the "closest" on my route but just not worth it.

I just wanted to let u know that your coffee quality is getting to the point where I will be taking my business somewhere if u can just train your employees to be consistent with the coffee my wife got us coffee this morning and they were both like water hot water and cream no flavor at all please try and improve your coffee quality.we are spending up 8 dollars a day at your location so add that up per year that alot of business from just my wife and I

I am addicted to drinking coffee every day, and I drink my coffee two or three times from your store. I order dark roast every time, and most of the time they give me regular coffee and I come and replace it, but I feel in a bad mood when I test regular coffee and I expect it to be dark roast.

Great as always. They overloaded our ice capps and made a mess in the car. Not sure why, but try not to load it up so much.

The staff was slow. Creamer machine leaking all over the counter with staff taking only napkins to clean it up, Only cleaning a small work space. The ice cap machine at the drive thru was also leaking all over the floor with staff walking around the mess. Only one person doing cash. This was on Sunday mothers day.
