Please when you’re training new employees you really need to shadow them to ensure success. Went today and the poor trainee was so confused and nobody was really there assisting them. Didn’t get my hot chocolate, got coffee instead, not what i ordered! No one knew you can order a BELT bagel. Made me look like I’m crazy and didn’t know what i was ordering. Then the Manager figured it out. I wanted two only one was put in. At this point I’m like yeah I’m not correcting this and be here all day!??? maybe my order was too many things. Had to tell them I’m still waiting for the pastries, they were already saving other customers.??Long story short just order simple things, not too many at one time???

To this places credit this smaller mall only has a few reasturants and is always the most popular when busy. However the staff will yell out orders in a startling way, and overall seem very aggravated and snippy.The worst thing about it is their lack of inventory at a time like 2pm. One time I came they were out of buns, bagels, and hashbrowns. I adore both their bagels and hasbrowns, and nearly every time I come they are out!

Was there on August 15@2:10 p.m.I did ask for a cheese croissants answer was no where short of stock me ok I will take old fashion donuts no we don’t have then …me ok you got Timbits with medium coffee double double I had to ask for stick…Devonshire mall they got 2 kind of croissants the display always full please can somebody will take care of this problem p.s. it’s not the amount of money we spend it’s the customers care.

Alright location.The problem Is the staff always seems pretty aggrevated.On top of it the accuracy of the drinks aren't great if you ask for anything added to your drink 9/10 times they forget and if you remind them, they get pretty upset.If you goto this location place a very simple order.And don't be surprised if they are in a bad mood.

These workers need a stress leave. I had a cashier snap at me for waving my credit card as she couldn't see if it was a debit or credit or gift card. That made her snap at me in an uncontrollable rage. Apparently she had to know what I was planning to use, but didn't ask me, just assumed I would tell her. I found that odd, and therefore they get a 1 star for customer service. Being that it's a mall TH, they don't even need to deal with a drive-thru, so what are they stressing about?

This place makes my drinks wrong at least once a week. Also if you are in a rush only drive through is faster. If there's 3 people in line after they help one person at a time in store, approximately 15 and I've even waited up to 20 minutes inside for a coffee. You should consider not having the employees wash the stores floors at 6 pm when you get a bit of customers constantly. It's very unsafe without rugs in this store when most franchises have them. I've been given Wrong change a few times but only by nickels but still it does add up. Also everytime I try using the mobile app, it takes 15 minutes per screen. This store could use some improvement.
