I bought strawberry creamy chill 5:51 PM, after making it they got to know that they dont have whipped cream in the front so someone suggest to find inside room or somewhere in the store but person just wanted to complete my order and gave me by saying we are out of whipped cream. I tried to complain through helpline but they were so busy. If someone paying money then pay for the service if you cant then don't work for the renowned franchisee.

Since it's in shell station with a bunch of bottom feeders hanging out. Looking like some are peddling drugsKid-friendliness: Not at allWheelchair accessibility: The gas employee had to help a wheelchair individual with the bathroom . In turn since he is solo. A line up of customers assembled. Which some are complaining, should have more employees on during a evening shift because it is probably the most busiest time.

Made a call for a 6:30 am Tim’s to go pick up orderWaited 20 minutes and the employee at the front kept on assisting other customers and had to be told by management to finish my order. Poor training

Get to work only to open the cup. ...and its coffee. Ridiculous, stupidity ...horrible customer service at this location. Will not be

I actually started driving ten minutes further to the Tim Hortons on Lauzon. Why? Well, when you not only get consistently served the wrong drink, but also catch an employee basically ripping you off for your points, by memorizing a drink total and they see cash (say, you hand them $3.00, they close the window (which has been boarded and taped up for a year now?) And hope you're not asking for your change. After waiting at the window for my change, the worker said "oh you'd like your change? Ummm yes. (I do tip, just not .90 cents on every beverage)...Then does the "oh, I need to scan your code again"Of course, because you never punched it in the til to begin with. I finally caught on to why I never accumulated points... because I used to give $2.50 and not wait for change) ... she would scan, but it was a fake scan. Because the scan only registers if they punch the sale through the till.I had 3 weeks in a row of no points) That is when I realized what that worker was doing.Also, it's not the employees fault for this, but this location is consistently out of trays, or creamer (Yes, the all important cream!)Most times, they never have any steeped tea made.So that is why I travel 20 minutes total roundtrip, for my tea.I get the correct order, and I know their employees are respected and not cheated out of their tips and have to share their tips with the very owners themselves. Maybe that's why the employee tries to take more?

I always have issues with this Tim Hortons the worker who always serves us doesn't know how to use manners. Clearly he is not a people person. The ice capp machine always seems to be shut off after 8pm.
