Awful experience at this Tim Hortons, worst one in Windsor in terms of customer service. There was this older white lady who took my order and at first she would refuse to acknowledge me. She just kept walking back and forth and staring at me and refused to take my order. And she wasn't even doing anything so she could have easily taken my order. After making me wait for a while, she doesn't bother greeting me with a hello, even after I greeted her. The entire time her tone with cold and she was rude to me. When it was time for me to pay she kept yelling out my total for no reason, even after I paid for my order. As soon as she was done with me and I picked up my order, I heard her greeting the customer behind me and she completely changed her tone. Worst experience ever.

This is my go to spot for lunch and an iced capp. The storefront employees get my order right everyday. Some employees have some sass, but I enjoy it lol.

I know, It feels bad when you get less ratings for your work. This branch is the Worst Tim Hortons I have ever seen. I even work at Tim Hortons, I also know how to treat customers but this store is ridiculous.There is a boy with turban who is the supervisor of this store, He don’t even know how to talk to customers. This is not the first time it’s happening with me.Even 2-3 times he misbehaved and do not even made proper order.I hope if any member of This store is reading this review please talk to this guy And ask him to behave properly wid customers.

I been going to this Tim Hortons for 9 years because I live near by but I notice now they have this India guy that works literally everyday and a India lady, they screw my orders two times and when I try to talk to them about it they just give me bad attitude while I was with my family. The eye roll and speaking their language to each other when I complained that I don’t even know if they said something bad about me in their language.

Good Afternoon

I've been coming here for over a decade and the service have become terrible. I order 2 SUGAR 1 CREAM COFFEE AND More often wrong 2 CREAM 1 SUGAR MORE OFTEN THEN CORRECT I'M DONE WAISTING MY MONEY HERE, MAKE THE FRIGGN COFFEES RIGHT, PERHAPS GO BACK TO SCHOOL AND LEARN HOW TO READ. I gave an extra star because the one lady is very nice.
