This is the slowest location in windsor. It takes 10-18mins for a mobile order. It happens every time i do a mobile order. It’s faster to order at the counter. Tecumseh mall is way faster with mobile orders.

Lady at the till called the people behind us to come ahead of us. The food took a bit more than 10 minutes to come out and it wasn't what we ordered. There were people who came after us with more ordered that had come and gone in the time we were there.

Checked the store hours before going to make sure they were open. They have it listed at open at 9:30am so I went a little after 10. Well I waited about 10 mins and none of the 3 employees there said anything to anyone in the line. No one even looked at us. As I also work in the mall I was forced to leave to get back to my own job where I would have never left customers standing in a line like that with no communication about what was going on. Will be advising others to avoid this location.

I asked for cup of water. They say it’s 10 cents. Instead I asked for iced coffee and they said we are closed . Everyone was standing in line but they have to close early and get out from their job. Frontline guy with specs and a girl. September 10 - Afternoon

The staff is super friendly but unfortunately they never have enough people working the cash registers. I went to grab lunch at 1:00pm and I was told the bacon wasn’t cooked yet. The store opens at 9am and I find it ridiculous not having bacon when you sell bacon on all your items. Please do a better job on preparing for all your customers. You never walk into McDonalds and ask for bacon and they say sorry it’s not ready yet. Disappointed for sure.

This location has gone really downhill in recent months. Every time I get a sour cream glazed donut, most of it doesn't even have glaze on it so they're usually stale. I don't order food there because it takes forever to be made, and it's usually not made correctly either, even though I just order items as they come. Some of the staff members are great, some not so much, and from personal experience, the owners are rude, greedy, and full of themselves. TJ Enterprises makes Tim Hortons as a company look pretty bad, pretty consistently, and the company's lack of control over their properties is the product of greedy business people who don't know the definition of hospitality. The owners are the problem and I don't think they'll be sorted out anytime soon, so it's best not to go there.

1 hour and 20 minutes for 1 wrap and 3 ice caps and a vanilla cold brew with no vanilla. Maybe dont offer delivery on Skip if you cant keep it under an hour.
