Tim Hortons is really doing a great job of mimicking the hospital emergency ambience!Notable exceptions being the absolutely filthy store, from the floors to the counters.I suspect it’s most locations, but this one also certainly does not recycle. Everything goes straight to the bin regardless of which compartment you put it in.It’s clear that Tim Hortons is mainly a caffeine factory for drivers & nothing more.

I ordered the large coffee today nearly 12:25-12:35 PM today, 17thMar24_Sunday, from drive-through from this location and I was served/given nearly cold coffee. One of the worst coffee and service. Coffee to be served hot. Please hire some immigrant who wants to serve/work and not the bias privileged local as customer service person who may not like other community. one of the worst coffee.

Service was so slow.. I'm not sure why 2 people are working at a busy time. They just couldn't keep up. I waited 15 min for a bagel. The dining section was disgusting. Not one table was clean. Food, bags, cups all over the floor.
The lack of competant workers need to be addressed. This place wasnt too bad before but i was ignored and past by multiple times. If you lack sufficient help get more workers. Poor poor customer service and i would never order in person again at this location ever again.
