Manager was very friendly with is and our Grandchildren. Urinal has been out of order for a bit. I ordered the baconator and thought of the old 80s commercial "Where's the beef?" Everything was tasting good and fresh. Frostys were good.

Night staff MAR 16 2024Asked for no Tomato, then when I received the order I paid for I asked 'No Tomato Right?' and they tell me yes to my face. Was that ever wrong. Had to wait to get home to remove it and then all of the seeds/tomato residue one by one. Just fix my order the next time you get it wrong.

They gave me soggy slimy no good Lettuce for chicken sandwich ? and they dont cut uo bacons aFor potato especially there forgetting put chives in.....NEVER AGAIN GO To this WENDY AT TECUMSEH ROAD will go different Wendy's from now on.

They have stolen money from me. Beware!Unfortunately they messed up my order and were very chaotic so I didn't trust my order as being safe to eat so I asked for my money back and gave back the food. Again, more confusion and no one came back to the window to help. So I drove off and sent a complaint to corporate to give them a chance to make things right. They gave a generic canned response and didn't make it right. So I am forced to write this review and slam them for keeping the food and the money and giving ne nothing. A shameful operation, don't waste your money.
