The staff were completely disorganized. They weren't asking any customers if they wanted to order so we loaded up our Wendy's app and did a mobile order just so that we could place our order and get our food...one employee seemed more interested in directing others on what to do rather than jumping in and assisting which led to a complete backup.

I order number 2 combo, when sit to eat my burger I lift top bun there were bugs in it so bring it back counter show the worker he said sorry that he can say. SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 2 2023

Plain inside, food was good, potato was small but they let us mix vanilla and chocolate frosty which was killer. Some wendies dont let you mix and they should!

This Wendy's is consistent in flavour, but bad service. Missed some food items, and called to ask for a replacement in a few minutes out of respect. Worker sighed, and audibly dropped the phone off the hook.Obviously no-one likes complaints, but a response with words should be the bare minimum.
