Ordered food by phone 40 minutes in advanced showed up to pick up our order and still had to wait 20 minutes. What’s the point of giving you a 40 minute advance notice . We ordered 18 pc family feast
Ordered 10 pc bucket and requested NO wings. I repeated this request at least 3 times . I even asked if I should check the order before I left. They assured me there would not be any. I traveled 17 km home to enjoy my meal and opened my bucket to fine not 1, not 2, but three wings in my bucket. I question if was not done on purpose. Not happy

Ok only thing good thing I can say was the staff was very polite. Head office you need to be aware. The front door has been broken for awhile and needs to be fixed . Owner of the independent store, my order was incorrect. The photo shows what I ordered. I got popcorn chicken instead the tenders, which is not a night deal, and no sides or gravy.
