The service here is absolutely horrible. I called TWO days before New Year’s Eve to inquire about ordering. I was told to call the following day at noon. Once I called the following day the lady on the phone told me I could only pick up at 9pm. After I explained that I had called the following day she hung up on me. I will never give my business to this horrific place again!

Service is horrible half the time they don't pickup the phone. Last time I called she asked me my phone number my address which is less then a 5 minute drive from the location she then put me on hold for 10 minutes while I heard her speaking to a customer who was paying then started speaking Chinese to someone then came back on the phone and told me the driver went home. No apologies for the wait no apology for the absent driver. I then told her that she was rude and she hung up on me and this is a place I order from every month or 2 that's really poor service but worse then that extremely rude

Authentic Chinese food. Quick service. Quiet and large dinning area. They offer take-out. Prices are more than reasonable. Food selection is large. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.Singapore noodles are the best in Woodbridge. Portions are large easily satisfies two people.

My bill was 51.50 for takeout, gave the woman $21.50 in change & $30.00 in bills … the woman told me i should go to the bank with the change… she refused to take my money because of change.I got no food!!

Always good food and great service at Eastern Sense. There crispy ginger beef is my all time favourite. Also Cantonese chowmein. Nice big restaurant with good décor inside to bring family or friends for a relaxed meal.
