So the lounge is a nice set up. The music is good. Stick with wings, tacos and fries for food. The servers or bottle girls are awful. They are slow and u have to ask them 2or 3 times over the course of an hour to do something. The establishment needs to replace these ladies IMMEDIATELY.

FYI: this place is closed. I kept trying to call to make a reservation and then I just drove over. It looked permanently closed to me. Maybe just reservations or something because their company name sign is still up, but they removed their open sign that would’ve said the times their open. Which tells me it’s either temporarily or permanently closed

One of the biggest and finest lounges in Toronto..if you are looking for a club with afro-Caribbean music, this place is highly recommended. The DJs here are number one. Sound system is of the highest quality…Thank me later

ok service but server who served us was really nice. Lost my jacket most of the workers helped to look but when someone showed us camera footage they only showed us some parts?? I was there the whole time and left the jacket at another booth and within 5 minutes it was gone. nobody seemed to have a recollection of where it went. if anyone seems to mysteriously have a recollection of seeing a black leather jacket and a blue jean jacket you know how to contact me

I will never be returning to this restaurant. Literally was chilling and gun shots rang out. They don't prioritize people safety and also need to do alot more work and there security. It was very bad experience.

Lol horrible customer service. I decided I wanted to support but nope. They don’t care if you drive miles and come to find out it’s closed and employees were actually inside and watched me outside. Horrible
Pros: the dj was good.Feedback:1. Waitresses did not come to our table unless we literally went to them or prompted them. They were not friendly and lacked professionalism and customer service.2. Our food came cold. We had to track our waitress down to let her know. She did not come to check in with the exception of one time. When they finally remade the food, it came back cold because it was sitting there while the waitress sat in her section smoking hookah.3. The bartender was the only checking in because we happened to be sitting where his date, whom he kept checking on, and getting a whole lap dance from her.4. When we requested the bill, the waitress did not interact with us at all. Once the signature was signed, she walked away without so much as a thank you.5. The owner observed from a distance and sat down rather than checking on the customers.This establishment demonstrated an utter lack of mannerism and professionalism on every front. The only way on earth I would return is if there is entirely new staff and management that were trained in customer service and display a sense of human decency or decorum. I leave my house for the experience not to be mistreated.

Honestly terrible place, the atmosphere is really boring and the music keeps getting loud. I’m not black and the black people there treated me very poorly and were being racist towards me and my friend we even left early and the security said thank you for leaving.
