The food was excellent. Mostly past and pizza. Don't look for many meat options. Value for the money was very good. The $25 price fix was a good deal. Wine choices are decent ranging from $50 to $200. Service was quick. I'd go again.

Unfortunately the restaurant did not receive our reservation from Opentable, there were 8 of us and it was awkward and uncomfortable watching the restaurant scramble to accommodate all of us which made our dining experience uncomfortable.

A very caring and helpful staff. This restaurant cares about their patrons and is eager to keep everyone happy and well fed. Customer service is their top priority. The food is also very good!!

We always enjoy our meals and we've gotten to know everyone. Celebrated a birthday and was given a complimentary dessert & coffee. They have a point system which is bonus... Thank you for a lovely evening!!!!

Booked dinner with family. Very busy little place. Service was warm and friendly but not obtrusive. Mary was excellent. Lots of food choices. Also daily specials. My wife asked for gnocchi even though it was not on the menu and they made it. Their tiramisu was one of the best I've had. Prices were very reasonable. Would definitely go back.

Great meal. Although they were hosting a large party, and even warned us of a slower service expectation, we were treated as if we were the only ones there. Did not at all feel impacted by the large party. The food was great and the waitress offered good suggestions.

Really enjoyed our meal. Bit of a mix-up on the reservation due to a system changeover, but not the restaurant's fault. Pros - - Great options across starters, mains, and everything in between. - Delicious meal - perfect cook on my veal and my gf's pizza looked fantastic. - Fresh ingredients and nice presentation - Friendly and capable service Cons - - It's in a small mall off the beaten path. View is sort of "meh" - It got very noisy, but that's due to a large family dinner. I kind of liked it, but if you don't like noise, then you might want to make sure there are no big party/tables planned Overall - I'd definitely recommend to friends and family for a great meal. Thanks!

Overall we had a very nice dining experience. My only complaint is that myself and another lady were sharing a calamari appetizer and the server said "Calamari, ok I'll make it a large then since you're a large group." She quickly walked away and we definitely did not want that much calamari but she barely gave us a chance to respond. I understand she thought it was for the table but it was only for 2 people and not necessary to assume we want a large. We ended up eating more of it then we wanted as to not waste it. I like Calamari but I don't think I would ever want a large. Either way, they were extremely friendly and nice and I would definitely recommend this restaurant. I've been to the Richmond Hill location and the consistency was the same at both.

Me and my friends went for dinner. Calamari fritti to share was good but portion was pretty small. My friend had linguine with seafood in white wine sauce she loved it ate the whole thing. My other friend had pizza loved it. I had fettucine mare monte with mushrooms and shrimp was delish. We shared a dulce di leche cheese cake (cheese cake factory) it was just ok.Wouldnt order it again.

This place has a lot to be desired. I hated everything about my experience. The dining area is probably only 500 square feet and yet, the waitress did not pay attention to us at all. For a small space, it was terribly LOUD , I couldn't hear the person across from me. Also, I sent back my Eggplant Parmigiana because it was 2 very sorry, very uncooked pieces of eggplant smothered in sauce and cheese. INEDIBLE. They brought me Gnocchi instead and even THAT dish, the tomato sauce tasted very fatty and acidic. Also, I don't know what kind of Italian restaurant doesn't offer Olive Oil and Vinegar with their bread, they brought us Butter. Bread and BUTTER? At an ITALIAN resto? More like EYE-talian. Marinara sauce and butter are not my thing. Don't eat here.

Met some friends for dinner. I had the lobster ravioli in cream sauce and it was great! Some restaurants serve only three or four large ravioli when they serve this dish but That's Italian served double that amount. The only downsized was that there were several large parties going on and it was a little noisy but, I guess that means the restaurant is good, otherwise they wouldn't be there :)

Based on a recommendation, our group of six adults went here for dinner. The recommendation was based on the need to be kid friendly, but I would have to disagree with this as this place has a small dining are and the tables are fairly tight together. I'm not sure where your put a booster seat or high chair (didn't see them available), but maybe for older kids would be fine. I think it was a good thing that we all found sitters for the kids and it was an adult only outing. Our waitress was knowledgeable of the menu. This isn't a quick service restaurant so the service of our food took a while, but we didn't mind as we were having good conversation. We were given fresh bread and a pepper oil for dipping. Careful....this oil is hot so use with caution. When the food did come, we were pleased with the portion size and the taste. I ordered Calamari alla Griglia and it was so good and would totally order again. The pizzas were large and could have served two people. When our table was cleared there was a big lag and we had to flag someone down for the dessert menu. She recommended her home made tiramisu and her pecan pie. I'm not sure about the tiramisu but I was disappointed with the pecan pie as it as oddly flavourless (however the crust was nice) and may have been better if it was warmed and with real ice cream. The bill was put all together, but our fault for not requesting one. When we asked, our waitress reluctantly split it and said that they normally don't do it. Upon examining the bill, we were charged for 3 extra menu items. Between the removal of the extra items and the splitting of the bills, it took a while for the waitress to come back. The restaurant was full but no line up at the door. I would recommend this place for a date night or an adult group. The place has tasty food and a nice atmosphere.

Based on other reviews, I was very excited to take my hubby here for his birthday dinner. I made reservations as I expected a busy Saturday night. I was right. We had to wait for our table at the bar but that was fine. There were a few young ladies and another lady who I assume is the owner serving. This is where I think relying on your staff to serve a section is really important as although the food was great, the service was terrible. After ordering our meals (of which owner was walking away from the table before I finished ordering), I was only offered one glass of water with my food for the whole evening. Hubby got a Coke but no offer for water. Dinner arrived and it was really good...I could understand the previous reviews. But no one came to check on us to see if we were ok. But, the owner managed to check in many times with the table beside us. Another server came by to take our plates and asked if we would like coffees or espressos. Espressos sounded great in keeping with the theme and would have been nice with dessert. They only had two items for dessert and no dessert menu, so if you have a sweet tooth, I would suggest dinner at 5-6 pm, and not 8 pm like we did. Anyways, the pecan pie came which Owner made and it was really good. But no espressos! As owner was hurriedly walking away with our plate, I asked about the espressos and she said no one told her. We did get them...after dessert. Soon after we were finished, another waitress arrived with the bill at our table. Funny, I didn't ask for the bill. It wasn't busy and no where near closing time. We really enjoyed the food but we didn't appreciate the service at all. Hubby tried to make the best of it, but I was embarrassed to take him to a restaurant that treated us like an inconvenience. I mean, if i wasn't interested in being served, we could've gone to McDonald's or some other fast food place. Instead, we supported a local business and this was our "thanks" in return.

Keep on going for the pizza but the dessert is always missing... cousins wanted dessert and apparently they ran out........ everyone got their pizza and I was last waiting for... a salad with grilled chicken...... not happy especially with relatives in town for dinner.....

I will not recommend this restaurant. I booked and confirmed the following day by phone. Reservation was for 7pm, when we got there for my bday, the sign says they were closing at 8.30 cause the city was closing the whole plaza. We were a party of 7 for my birthday. They never had the courtesy to call and ask if we would have enough time or had a choice of coming earlier . The 2 ladies at the front were caught lying, 1 said they told them the day before and the other one said she found out during the day. There was no way we would have enough time for everything in 1 1/2 hours to enjoy and celebrate my birthday. Honestly, a phone call would have been the simplest thing to do and give us an option if coming in earlier which would have been fine with me. What a disappointment after my friend reviewed and suggest we go there. NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER.In fact the 1 lady was rude and said "u don't think we want the business?", well, dah, it's a simply phone call. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! BTW, she also says we had to get out on the dot of 8.30, or the city will fine them LOL
