We went for breakfast! Quick service, fresh food. And we all cleaned our plates. The place isn't much to look at but it's clean and we enjoyed our meals. I will try lunch there next time. 5 stars for breakfast for sure.

It was my first time here and it's a great place. My friend and I looked up breakfast places and found Frank's Place. It had a high rating, so we decided to try it and I'm glad we did. The staff were great too and helped my with what I needed. The only thing I'll say is when I ordered the Lisa breakfast, it said it comes with 2 sausages. They only gave me one sausage cut in half and opened up to make it look like 2. I asked that I want a second sausage and they gave it to me with no issues. As long as they listen to customers and are helpful, that's a great place in my book. I would recommend!

It feels like you walked into a friend's place and you're about to eat some goooooood food.One of my go to places for all times of the day. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also have a great wine selection. And their desserts..... oh my, I dream about them every night.

Was a terrible experience today. Like no other I've experienced before in my life. My friend and I ordered pancakes and French toast. My friend is young, disabled and starving after swimming in the community center pool. He didn't tell me his pancakes were on the raw side till he ate 3 /6 of them. I said not to worry I will mention to the waiter. Who I think is the owner. Well the waiter could care less --he took the pancakes away, gave us the bill and DID NOT REMOVE THE PRICE OF THE PANCAKES FROM THE BILL!!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT!! hE ALSO TOOK THE PANCAKES WITHOUT OFFERING TO REPLACE THEM NOR A TAKEWAY BOX TO RECOOK LATER. So my friend paid for 3 raw pancakes. The waiter/owner was NOT EVEN APOLOGETIC.and also, both our orders were cold but we did not say anything because we were being polite.This owner/restaurant needs to take seriously customer feedback, I would never return to this cafe, when I order food I expect it to be hot and cooked!!!! They can't even meet simple requirements. Sure people make mistakes, so then take it off the bill!! So tacky it's disgusting behaviour**IN response to yours, I do not lie about pancakes lol How sad that as a business owner you were incapable of handling this appropriately, exactly why this post was necessary. If someone politely tells you their food was undercooked, why assume that they lie? Instead you take it to the back to take pictures? Wow you are such an amazing waiter. Anybody would have handled this with flare and style, but not you, accusing a customer of lying to get out of paying 12.99 lol You're never too old to learn something new, such as don't make wrongful assumptions, the customer is always right, and an apology goes a long way. Loved the food and vibe of this place. The breakfast menu and lunch menus offered great selection. Our food was really fresh....best home fries ever and we've been to a lot of Diners all over. The service was friendly and great.I hghly recommended this restaurant Gem. Worth the drive from Etobicoke!
We ordered from Franks place for the first time this year for Christmas Eve . The food was delicious. It was warm when we brought it home and it was more than enough as he fills his trays all the way to the top.We definitely will be ordering from Frank again! Thanks Frank!

Excellent, fresh food. Highly recommended.However both times I've been there, either there's a problem with the furnace, or the front door was open for an extended time to receive deliveries.It's hard to enjoy the food when you're freezing your butt off.I'll have to return when the weather is warmer.Parking: Lots of businesses there so parking is at a premium.
