I ordered noodles and they were not cooked properly. It was a disgusting experience. I dont know who the guy was more like bald headed, he was yelling at his employees way loudly. He doesn't know how to create a good atmosphere around customers. I mean like seriously. He was totally humiliating the girl in front of us and she didn't even start her shift yet. That was embarrassing for anyone. He needs to go to school again to learn about some etiquettes. I dont know if he is a manager or owner but he doesn't have a right to speak to anyone like that. He has to learn about patience, communication, leadership skills and management skills.

Well, food and service was good and employees were also welcoming and we were enjoying being there and waiting for the food ,Saw someone came in and started kind of speaking rude and yelling at the employees i assume he is the owner , sir you need to learn how to talk to be honest i have never seen any manager, owner talking like this with employee . Moreover , another girl employee walked in just after the door he stoped her and talked in very rude way IDK what the reason is ,whatever it is ,he can talk to her in work area /back side and in a manner but not in the sitting area ??♂️ and he was kind of humiliating her , felt very bad about her and that incident made our experience soooooo bad .I hope that guy improves himself on how to treat employees; YEILLING is not an option if things are not working out ? .Most probably, the guys working there are immigrants/ international students and this guy is exploiting them , if this restaurant is a franchise the guys who gave this owner the franchise need to think again .Everytime, i will go to KATHI ROLLS now this incident will be recalled by my mind .

Employee working April 10 2024 @ 4pm, doesn’t understand how to take an order. Asked for 3 Kathi rolls take out, get home to find only 2. Guy does not know how to communicate properly. I feel bad for the owners, definitely losing money because he doesn’t understand what the customers are ordering

Visited this place day before yesterday. Ambiance reflects a very traditional local Indian fast food place, with amazingly color decor. The counter person was very friendly. Ordered Chicken Kathi roll. It was made, even I cod see steams coming into. Well proportionate spice level (however they didn't ask me the spice level. As I usually prefer mild). Kathi roll was delicious. Will recommend to all.

I’ve been to the place 7-8 times. Had good experiences before. Ordered shahi paneer pizza which was great. But the noodles and Manchurian were not up to the mark. Noodles were not cooked properly and the Manchurian wasn’t great either. Tried explaining the same thing to the chef but no luck. Would recommend this place for kathi rolls, South Indian food and pizza. Better to pass on the hakka chinese

First time we came here. It is a fast food place but considering it is a fast food place what we had was delicious. We had masala dosa, pizza and wings. The wings were also good (honey garlic - not much garlic but lots of honey). Pizza was good but we ordered thin crust and it wasn’t so thin. Regardless, we will definitely be coming here again. And they serve halal meat!

I tried a kathi roll meal and fried momos. The food is good but it is quite expensive. Not worth the money. For 16 bucks they give you 8 small momos.
