Got there around 4:00 pm or so and they didn't have any fresh slices or any more slices being made which is strange considering the time of day. Another guy came in and left when he asked if that was all the slices they had.They barely had any slices left to pick from.Picked the last slice that was left for the topping I wanted and when I ate the slice it had a peice of hair in it. Looked like eyelash hair or something not sure what type of hair.Definitely lost my appetite when I saw that.

Pizzaville is one of my go to for quick food. Love their dough and toppings. I can’t complain. Usually I go into to pick up. Today I decided to do an online order as we had a long day. Ordered the special: 2 pizza with 2 toppings, 8 wings and 2 pop. Food was good.Delivery driver called and asked us to come down to get the food. Asked him if he can buzz up and bring the food up. He refused. I thought delivery was to the door?!?!? After I agreed to go down to get my food I Asked how come he didn’t bring up to our unit? He didn’t have a reason.In the future maybe I’ll call to order that way driver doesn’t get the tip until they deliver to the door. I kinda like he knew the pizza was inline order and was already paid , already got the tip so he didn’t care at that point.

Horrible service this time around. Worker was distracted snd watching cricket on the TV, had no hair net on as well. When I opened my box, it had a piece of hair in it.Super unhygienic, and it's on me for the part that I should've checked my order before leaving the store, however, the workers need to be trained better.

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always great, but today the pizza I got was ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL. The guys working are always so nice, and their speed doesn’t compromise quality. A great pizza place that stands out significantly above the rest. I can’t praise this place enough, thank you for the best pizza I’ve had in recent memory.. kudos to you all, great job

Picked up pizza 5 mins after the designated pick up time I was given over the phone, drove 5 mins back to my hotel and the pizza was ice cold. The dough/crust was super thin and crunchy, reminded me of cardboard. Would not return. The lady over the phone when placing the order was nice though!
