Pizza is good. Customer service is horrible. We have been going to this location since they opened. They messed up on my order. It was written correctly but it was wrong. I took it back for a refund. Not an apology, not a word. Just gave my money back.Update. Pizzaville.ca reached out to me after they read this review and apologized and gave me no compensation until I asked. They were willing to give me a $5.00 credit.That's an insult. I told them to keep it and I will be spreading the word on the horrible customer service. Unreal

staff are really nice and patient. however, there was false advertising. there was a sign that displayed a pizza indicating a price of $15.99. when we asked for that particular pizza, they told us it was a gourmet pizza and the actual price is $19.99. which is extremely deceiving. the pizza wasn’t bad. but i’m a bit disappointed. great customer service.

A good pizza starts with a good dough and a good dough is complimented with a good sauce. Unfortunately both were disappointing. Inspite of added chilli flakes and garlic hardly any flavour, very mediocre at best. You'll need to step up your game to be in competition otherwise need to wrap up the business. Good luck

Just moved into the neighborhood. I've had better tasting PIZZAVILLE pizza in Brampton Mississauga. There was barely any sauce on the pizza the cheese wasn't soft and stringy. The first bite usually tells you if you're going to come back.

Don’t go to this place if you want a slice of pizza. The slices are old it really looks like it was there from yesterday. On top instead of asking me if he should make a pizza he just said sorry.

Hands down the best Pizzaville location. Have been to many over 20+ years and these guys consistently give the best one. Always very friendly. I'm not sure why there's 1 star reviews I've always had the best experience here.

I ordered two extra large pizzas for delivery from this location. Both pizzas arrived on time but were cold, and the hot soppresata pizza I ordered had so little cheese on it. You could barely call it pizza. Compared to the previous pizzas I had from the Mississauga and Milton locations, this was awful. Do not recommend.

Worst looking and tasting slices ever. And the guy gives me the worst slice, I don’t know where it came from but it had crust on two of three sides. I complained and he just laughed it off when there were some better slices just sitting there. Even though it looks like they were sitting there for a couple days. The box literally tasted better. A decent shop would’ve heard my complaint and just gave me a proper slice.Or somehow show they care, there’s lots of competition in that plaza I guess I’ll just go somewhere else from now on.
