my sister and i got the chicken empanadas, tres leches and iced coffee and they are AMAZING. the iced coffee is the perfect, sweetness, creaminess with the coffee. the chicken empanadas are so flavourful and the pastry is crispy.

My first time buying here and I enjoyed it. I bought the empanadas( beef, chicken, and pork and cheese), though I enjoyed the beef and chicken more as the pork and cheese was a bit salty for my personal taste. I also bought the churros, which were nice. They have quite a selection of treats from cakes, to bread, cookies, etc.The price was a bit steep but I guess that's expected but over all I'd definitely return.

Bought these Alfajores but also got croissants here and some of their mousse cake. I would say this is now my go to bakery, considering that hey are hidden but they are truly a South American treat gem in Steeles. I hope people will start to notice this bakery and their service is excellent too. Just wow!

I found this little bakery as I was seeking a Chaja cake for my wife's birthday. This Uruguayan treat is hard to find, so I was generally pleased to find a bakery that makes them not too far from home. The star ingredient is the peach... unfortunately instead of poaching nice peaches, they used canned chunks. Instead of having a beautiful top adorned with peaches and whole meringues, the whole cake was covered in crushed meringue that should only cover the sides. The result was a totally imbalanced flavour spectrum that was 95% sugar and 5% peach. It was ultimately disappointing. I sampled some empanadas that were delicious and I look forward to bringing my family here to try some sandwiches and empanadas, but I won't order another cake. The reason for the 2-star on atmosphere is because it is small and cramped, but more because it is in a crummy plaza and they seem to have a neighbouring business choking off their storefront with double-parked cars.
