Came here with 5 friends for a birthday, 3 of us bought food to share, and they wouldn’t let us sit down because all of us didn’t buy food. They kicked us out. Horrible service.

Great pastries. This time ordered Chocolste ganach cake. Almonds coffee beans delish right? Yes except stale ingredients. If you know cake and know how important fresh ingredients are required ..no ..necessary for an edible heavenly dessert then it is worth every bite. Unfortunately the decorativr coffee beans on top and the light sponge cake layers were sadly stale in flavour. Amazing chocolate gaunach and almonds combined with delicate cream filling was delicious. Do ask the bakers ! Looks like these cakes are not entirerly freshly made but like some bakeries to save time they will pre-make then flash freeze their cakes fillings etc..assembled. Hope St.Philips will continue to be great.

Shocked, disappointed and really at a loss for words.Shopping at St. Phillip's Bakery in Woodbridge today was a complete disappointment. Having frequented this establishment for the last 26 years I expected better. I stopped in to purchase 6 buns on the way back from a walk. As I walked out the door the bottom of the paper bag gave way and the buns fell out onto the ground. I looked at the bag and noticed that bottom was not glued properly. I gathered the buns and went back inside to tell them and get replacement buns. Was I surprised when the cashiers did not want to replace the buns stating that "if everyone dropped their food outside of the store and expected to get replacements we would lose business." Are you kidding me? The bag literally fell apart as I took two steps out of the door. Whose fault is that? Certainly not mine. You would think an establishment such as St. Philip's would have apologized and immediately given me 6 new buns. It only gets better, the cashiers also told me that had I purchased a plastic bag this wouldn't have happened. I'm not sure if it is store policy not to rectify a situation such as I had today or if the cashiers took it upon themselves to make the decision not to. This incident has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Going to St. Philips for food, bread, birthday cakes, sweets, or just an afternoon espresso was a pleasant experience in the past, unfortunately I don't feel the same way anymore. If I could give zero stars for today's experience I would. You need to do better St. Philip's. I'm debating whether or not to continue shopping at your store.

Ordered a custom cake for a 65th birthday and it was beyond incredible. Visually- it looked exactly like the reference photo I sent in, and in terms of taste- the lemon yogurt flavour was moist and delicious. The kind of cake you can have seconds of without feeling like you’re over indulging.

Some of the finest baked goods in Woodbridge. They have sandwich seats, traditional Italian lunches, pizzas, and some amazing cookies, pastries and cakes which are my favorites. They do great gift baskets as well!

First time visiting this bakery to pick up some pastries for a friend. There is a lot going on when you first enter and I wasn't sure what their system was to order, but turns out, you order from the different stations from different people, and they'll collect it at cash to check out everything at once. The pastry selection looked good, but disappointingly, most things were not labeled, and there were no prices to be found. We then ordered some lunch, and we ordered their steak focaccia but received chicken instead. We also ordered their $13.99 chicken sandwich on their menu, but it didn't mention that toppings were extra, or I didn't notice. I chose three toppings, and the sandwich became $18.49+tax. They also didn't offer sauce, which was a miss for me. The food was okay overall, the major standout was the bread used for the sandwiches, delicious. Maybe next time we're in the area, we'll just pick up bread.

Pepper and Olive bread delish. Cheesecake was a little too sweet.

The food is good, but the customer service is so bad.The old woman on cashier is un respectful. and never smiles/greets clients. If she's so miserable with her job, then don't work there, instead of ruining everyone's day. Need better workers for sure!Friday 1:52
