Went to the Drive Thru portion of this Harvey’s/Swiss Chalet restaurant. Upon arrival at the speaker, I was greeted promptly, with courtesy and professionalism. Furthermore, I didn’t feel rushed as the server went step by step to what I was ordering.At the window, again I was greeted with courtesy, respect and professionalism, and not having the feeling of being rushed.Several Julia did an exceptional job for handling my food order from start to finish.Thank you for great hospitality.

I ordered online through Uber Eats and then I came to pick up my order. I had to wait more than 25 minutes Horrible customer service don’t order you want your order on time. I don’t understand how hard is for the staff to update the correct time on the Uber app

Jeniffer out server was simply AMAZING!! Attentive, professional, king and considerate. Paid attention to us the entire meal and was beyond friendly, personable and quick!! We will return to THIS location 3737 Rutherford road because of her service. And the food was also delicious!!
