Our Server Nicole was so very attentive to our needs. She was prompt in seating us, then coming to our table to ask what would like to drink, then a short time later to take our order. The food was delicious and each of our 5 extended family members thoroughly enjoyed what they had ordered. Various times throughout our meal Nicole checked in to see if we needed anything further. Nicole was warm, friendly and an excellent representative of Swiss Chalet. Kudos to Nicole!

I had a quarter chicken with rice and shrimps and it was so tasty. Their double cheeseburger is nice too. My son had it and he loved it. Maria , thank you so much for the service. Hope you have a nice evening.

I barely ever post Google reviews but I have to because THIS IS THE WORST RESTAURANT SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I went to this Swiss chalet location on March 23, 2024. I went to dinner for my uncle’s birthday, and the waitress, food, and overall service were terrible.The waitress didn’t bring any small plates for the appetizer (had to remind her), forgot like five of our drinks, and waited until the dinner meal was served to bring the drinks, which I constantly had to keep reminding her of because the other half of the table already had their drinks, didn’t even check up on us during our meal, some meals tasted cold, and after paying, I asked for a takeout box twice for my little cousin's food and waited more than 15 minutes and still never got one. I had to go to the front desk to get the takeout box because our waitress started serving another table.I will never be going to this location again, and this is the worst experience at a restaurant I’ve had before. I’m honestly very disappointed, and my dinner party was dissatisfied and unpleased with the overall service. I wish I had talked to a manager, but I was trying to enjoy the birthday celebration and family time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
