Everything was perfect! 4 of us were dining tonight and thoroughly enjoyed our meal! Service was excellent as was our meal! It’s our go to for a night out close to home. Great end to the weekend.

Very good food experience with a great vibe.Steaks perfectly cooked.Overall, 5 stars.If I had to nitpick anything, it was the calamari we had for an appetizer.Sorry, no picture; was hungry.....LolSome of the Calamari rings were flavourful but very small and overcooked. 4 stars.

The Keg was out of this world . Steak is always spectacular and the staff was amazing. My wife had the steak and lobster and she loved it so much she could have had another. I had the 12 Oz steak and it was to die for. So keep on doing the great work guys .

This location failed to keep up with the brand of the Keg standard on a Saturday night. First time at this particular location, and I along with several of my friends were not too amused. The service of the two waitressrs was bad until they got called out after a manager was contacted.The biggest joke was that two of my friends ordered drinks before another one of my friends. The last friend ordered a similar drink and ended up getting her drink before my two friends who ordered drinks before her. When the waitress got spoken to about it, the blender stopped working and my two friends could not enjoy the drink that my last friend got to enjoy who ordered after them.The staff also messed up the food order for two dishes and forgot some sauces on another two dishes. This place was overall inconsistent and did not meet Keg standards as potrayed online. This was supposed to be a special occasion for my friends and myself. We spent over $700 on the bill. Some of my friends were ready to walk out, but refrained because we were celebrating something special. I can tell you that this particular Keg location will not be getting our business in the future.

If it not for the hostess and my waitress being so nice this would be 1 star. This was Sunday night at 8:45. The place was not very busy. I have eaten at a number of other Keg locations that are typically four stars. Not here. The lettuce wedge that I ordered would have been very good. Unfortunately they left a huge chunk of the core inside the wedge. Yuck. I ordered a side of onion rings that came in a hot cast iron skillet. That was the highlight of the onion rings. I didn't see what was in the kitchen but they looked and tasted like store bought frozen onion rings. The burger was very good. I travel extensively and whether I go to a nice restaurant alone or with a client I expect an ambiance befitting of that kind of restaurant. You go to relax and enjoy a good meal. You don't want some hard beat "Rave" music blaring all night. Absolutely horrible background music for a nice restaurant. It's wat you would expect at a dance club. Very disappointed.

Update: I was able to connect with the kitchen manager Jason and he was very empathetic and sorry for the poor service and he offered to have me and my wife come back to dine there. He came to our table no more than 5 minutes after we were seated to apologize in person. We also had Kim as our server who was a stark contrast from our previous server. She was very professional and attentive and constantly checked on us to see how everything was. She also recommended some great wine.I made a reservation for 2 for my wife’s birthday. As soon as we arrived, we waited to be acknowledged by the 5 people working at the front desk but we were not acknowledged right away. There was nobody else waiting or being helped and two of the staff members were facing us and didn’t stop chit chatting with the other 3 staff members who had their backs turned to us. When we’ve gone to multiple locations in the past, even when it’s been very busy, the speed at which we were acknowledged was almost instant, even if it meant to tell us they would be with us in a moment. Additionally, when I made the reservation on OpenTable, I had noted that there was a birthday occasion and yet our server asked us if there was a special occasion meaning they didn’t notice that I had already mentioned that on the online reservation. To top it off, we’ve gotten dessert for free in the past for celebrating a birthday but we received absolutely nothing. The only thing that was good about our experience was the food, which has always been consistent and delicious and if it wasn’t for that, I would’ve gave a 0 star rating.
