I bought a La Pavoni from them four years ago. Just brought it in for a repair, and they were incredibly quick, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Well worth a drive across the GTA!

I've been dealing with Northwest Kitchenware / Tony for over 8 years. I always take my espresso machines there because I know Tony cares and he knows espresso machines. FWIW it's a great kitchenware store and if you're an espresso cup collector he has some fine sets of cups for you too.My La Pavoni is running better than ever. Thanks Tony!

Great service every time I go. The service is honest and great. I live in stouffville and drive to Woodbridge because of the customer service they give.
Louisa Panucci

We have had Pavoni espresso machines for decades. Tony at Northwest Kitchens has always been great - he’s professional, enthusiastic, friendly, efficient, and fast at diagnosing, and fixing issues with the machines and the issues are few. ?

After 15 years of having the same Saeco Espresso machine it was finally time to buy a new one. So we went to NWK. Tony knows his stuff! He walked us through all our options. Once we decided which machine to go with he spent time showing us how to use it and how to maintain it. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.PS They have the best espresso coffee beans too!

Amazing Team Members, very knowledgeable with their lines of espresso machine and bar units..
This morning I decided to “buy local” and the guy was just surly! Should’ve gone elsewhere for my Lampe Berger product. HE certainly didn’t value my business!

After dealing with 2 other repair shops, we started taking our Saeco here for repairs. We've now been dealing here for a number of years. When the Saeco finally died we bought a Delonghi, which we love. Today a small plastic part fell off. Called Tony and he tried to explain how to put it back on but said he would do it if we had trouble. We did, so we made the 45 minute drive and Tony put it back on in about 45 seconds. He also gave us a good tip on filtered water which should save us some money. Always friendly and helpful which makes it worth the 45 minute drive to stock up on the Saggi beans. We highly recommend this customer-friendly, knowledgeable business.

I brought my 20 year old Saeco Vienna espresso machine in for service because it was leaking. Tony tried to fix it on the spot but he had to take it apart to fix the problem. I left it with him & picked it up a couple of weeks later. It works like new.....I'm very happy.
