Every time I order here on the mobile app, when I show up, they haven’t even started my order. They start when I get here. This is after I’ve also waited about 10-15 minutes to give them time to get my order ready. I’m on my lunch break and I don’t have time to wait. If I’m making a mobile order and I’ve made it 15 minutes ago it should be ready when I get there. Once again, this is not a one time thing it happens every time at this location.
Tell Vinathi to be more polite and kind. If she’s having a bad day tell her to take a day off. She spoiled my mood early morning at 5:42 AM. Never had this kind of experience before.Do tell her to talk politely with her co workers as well.

Posting as a 1 star because when I went to buy my drink through drive thru on March 11 around 7-8pm, this teenage male stated that someone had paid for my order but then cornered me and demanded I pay for the person's order behind me. I don't appreciate being back into a corner to ' keep it going'. That's not how pay it forward works. What if I'm in poverty? What if I don't have extra money to do so? This should NOT be forced upon people to do. NO consideration whatsoever but...read full review
