Ridiculous service i have ever seen from any tim hortons. Asked for chai tea with two chai bags but they did not mixed the bags with tea properly plus that was not warm as it should be. When we visit again to get replacement or to complain, they microve it and still was cold. Never visit again and ask others not to go there. I wish i could give rating less than 1.

We have ordered 2 chai tee , but the coffee was so cold and tasteless. We went back and asked them to change or reheat them, they took the coffee and give them back in exact same position. I have been with tim hortons from last 1 year but I have never faced such issue. The attitude of the girl on counter was also very rude.I am not going back to tim hortons again.

Tried the pumpkin iced capp. They put lots of thick Whipped cream. Quite sweet but good. Youshould try it at least once.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian optionsParking: About 10 parking spots but the lot has never been full. It's in a small plaza so you can always find parking.

Not even 1 star it deserves. The timhortons is at wrong spot because, it’s the major intersection and the location is always out of lot of stuffs , out of eggs, muffin , the machine is broken , and the excuses are not having enough staff , the people who go to the work in the morning , they expect to get what they want. Like shut it down.

Every time we visit this Tim they are ready with the new excuse. Some time they are out of chicken or there machines are not working. Today they just have ice coffee and regular hot coffee available. Better shut this Tim down.

Worst tim hortons in Canada, customers service Is negative, everytime iv gone to this tim hortons the staff is yelling at customers and being very rude, they refuse to serve anyone until 5 am on the blood dot even if they are set up ready to go just stand there twiddling their thumbs. Some of us have to get to work and would appreciate a coffee and a smile. Is that too much to ask. Also, there is no diversity when it comes to staff selection. Why is that? This tim hortons should be boy cotted and SHUTDOWN. I WOULD GIVE IT A ZERO but not option available. The staff got mad at me for asking them to hurry up with my sandwich cause I was going to be late for work, so the employee went even slower. I had to leave without my sandwich. I was literally there for 20 minutes and didn't even get my food. ? don't waste your time. Just go somewhere else. Management really needs to address this issue.

Very poor customer service at drive thru. I got five time wrong order drive thru and the indian guy is rude at window. Management should teach their employees how to talk with customers.(Morning of August 28)

The employe was very rude on drive thru. He didn’t gave the right order. Moreover i asked for veg wrap and he gave me chicken wrap.Management doesn’t have coordination with each and they don’t even know how to treat their customer.

One of the worst tim hortons they don’t even know how to treat with customers they show their own attitude and service is too slow they took 10 minutes to make just 2 french vanilla’s especially the crew working between 1pm to 2
