They were not professional at all. I found a cockroach in the glass of ice and me and my family no longer wanted to eat here. No one had came to check on us at the table and apologizing or have a manager come to speak to us they completely avoided the situation. Out server was not nice as well, it felt like we were not being helped and we didn't feel welcomed.If I could, I would leave a 0 review.

I would give this place a 1 star because...My hopes were to try their tiramisu that was recommended online. I decided to order and try it out. While walking out I noticed the container was extremely little. Could not believe the portion was so small for 11 dollars. Regardless of taste, which in my opinion was average never will I return and pay that price for such a small portion. Crazzyyyyy

Had high expectations based on my experience with the Kensington Market restaurant. Food is comparable to any half decent Italian restaurant in Woodbridge, but vera Pizza Napoletana it is not.The service was abysmal. It started right from the moment I walked in. The maître de/manager was on the phone and ignored me for several minutes with his personal phone call. Tried to get someone else’s attention to be seated and when I said the reservation name he finally reacted and just pointed at the table. Set the tone for the evening, which was disappointing. Waitress was pleasant enough but would run away before you could finish a sentence. Took several minutes and trips back and forth to just get antipasto.Overall, fine for a meal but nothing really great about the experience.

Anika (I don't know if that's how you spell her name) was an amazing server. We went for Valentine's day and were stunned by the service and the atmosphere. She had a busy section but was very friendly and attentive and always refilled our water without us asking. Getting service like that on a holiday like Valentine's day is really rare. The restaurant also set up decorations to celebrate, hired a live singer, and gave roses to every woman at the end of their dinner. The food was also great. Overall, 10/10

Maybe teach your waiters to offer tap water as well so your customers aren’t surprised with a $7 bottle of water charge + HST.You may think you’re being clever by saying “flat or sparkling” but you just come across as sleazy. Enjoy your $7+HST, won’t be seeing us again.Try this, “Would you prefer tap, flat, or sparkling?”

The food was delicious, the server was very nice and made sure my toddler has his own size pizza. In fact his pizza was more appetizing for me because they made it thicker. Was great!I just think the toddlers should be served first instead of last since they require all your attention. I couldn’t eat my pizza because I was trying to cool his down and cut it up.
We had a very pleasant experience and dining at this restaurant. All was well prepared and flavourful. Highly recommend.

Great food but lowered the score substantially considering our take away boxes were thrown out when we told our server we were just stepping out for air. Server was great but there was no action taken for that mistake and absolutely not good considering we paid for those meals. Reached to them on their social media page and they left me on read. Food was amazing too bad I couldn’t enjoy since they threw it away without care. Yikes

We ordered a seafood risotto, meatball pappardelle, tiramisu and coffee. The risotto portion size was ok but the taste and presentation were very blend (just salty and not much else). The meatball dish has 4 small meatballs and again, taste wasn't spectacular. The value for these 2 dishes was low considering the price this restaurant charged. Luckily the tiramisu and coffee were unusually good! We've been to many Italian restaurants in the region and this one isn't one of the top ones...
