I am at this location and doing some work stuff. I had a mobile order to Starbucks Dundas St. instead this location by mistake. While I was waiting for my order, I asked the one of the employee (Kaydance) if she could help with me order, and then we noticed that the order was made to other location. Without even saying any single word, she had offered me to prepare for me a sandwich and the coffee even, she has gone above and beyond, made a service to table where I sit. The staff are nice and friendly but sometimes they make me confused because they don’t always ask for names of the people to be written on drinks, which makes me doubt if any of the items are mine or not. They also don’t put more than 1 item together when they’re on the same order. If more than 1 item are on the same order, they must be put together. The staff should also put order number on receipts.
