As always SC food doesn't let us down.. we each had enough left to take some home for later. The furnishings in this restaurant VERY much need to be refreshed, washroom was humid and had an odour .. waitress was friendly and fun.

Laura was great. Fast service, first HOT fries I've had servered to me in a long time, and fresh juicy chicken. Super quick on drink service! I just wish Swiss chalet didn't get rid of the finger bowls with lemon they had back in the 90's/00's (not Laura's fault!)Kid-friendliness: There are kids behind and beside me. Perfectly content with colouring pages and a decent kids menu.

Very difficult to get much service. It seemed like the waitress was too busy. Eventually a gentleman waiter brought us some drink refills but we never received our soup so we just cancelled it.
