I'm unable to rate the atmosphere, as I do drive though only.I have never had an issue with my order - HOWEVER, and very nearly just as important - there seems to be an increase in surly staff, at both windows. Honesty, it's awkward sometimes.

This is a mixed feeling review. My recent experience had been just okay. They did forget my dipping sauce for my chicken tenders. But most importantly I am disappointed that this Wendy's location charges more for certain items. I had just visited another Wendy's location out of town and paid $3.66 (incl tax) for a large White Chocolate Strawberry Frosty that I wanted to experience again at this location and I paid $5.40 (incl tax) for the same item.
