Manager lying right in my faceI asked for nugget combo, cashier went to relay the message the manager says to her no no doesnt have i said what do you mean she ignored me and continued talking to cashier and said no we dont have so i asked again she finally decides to make eye contact and said its out of stock i said so you wont have it tmrw she said truck comes at 4. these gentleman were like but it is 4 she then responds its frozen...... she is literally not even thinking before she talks and just saying anything to not sell me the nuggets.. cuz everything is frozen i said well i want tenders dropped fresh she said no these are fresh... i just laughed because this is crazy and they close at 5 am, so theres enough time to get what i want.shes definitely the manager bcuz shes the only one in a grey shirt and lacks the most customer service
Supervisor purposely turns off mobile order every night which super inconvenient and shady.

Came here to grab some delta mini’s. As soon as I get to my car the tenders they used weren’t even fresh. It was definitely sitting for quite some time. The lady denied and said everything is fresh. Yeah I watched her toast the buns and put sauce but please don’t tell me it’s fresh. She then replaced it with “fresh” ones yes this time the tenders were hot off the fryer. But it felt like she used expired sauce this time to get back at me. I’ve been having a bad stomach ache. Ridiculous and unfair.. who knows what this lady did to my food but I had no choice to eat it as I haven’t ate all day… thanks for your business.Oh and also they had a guy inside the restaurant who’s completely out of it high off fenty. Just scaring other customers. Maybe do a wellness check.

Cheap bad quality location. 3 piece chicken deal didn’t give me a breast piece as advertised. Gave little crusty pieces. Plus wanted to charge me $1.50 for a cup of water. What a joke.

Do not go here if you are in a rush or on any sort of time constraint as they waste your time.I went here wanting to order a promo for the the 2 sandwich combo that I had on the app to order but they couldn’t take my promo because I didn’t have “physical proof” so I had to go back home grab the mailer coupons that everyone and their mom gets to show “proof” of the coupon. I kid u not this promo has no special code or anything to take it to this extent.After I settle my order I waited 10 minutes for it to be ready with no Uber orders or customers before me bare in mind that I left then came back to the people after that order still didn’t get their food.As I receive my food finally I check it to make sure that everything I ordered was there and of course they forgot the sauces that I PAID FOR asking me if I want “ketchup or hot sauce” NO. I want the sauce I paid for.Now I get back home opening what’s in the bag that is my order which is the 2 sandwich combo and I can tell you that I got my sandwiches but where is my combo???!?!! This amount of fries for TWO COMBOS can feed my 7 years old brother and he’ll still be hungry.Extremely disappointed this should be 0 stars but because it’s the only one open in the area past 11 I guess it gets one.I hope Sukh re-evaluates her job it is easy to tell which people do their job for the pride and which people do it just for a paycheck.
Ordered a 1/2 pound of popcorn shrimp (2 orders of 1/4 pound)and had about 12 pieces of "popcorn shrimp" that seemed to be deep fried tails from their butterfly shrimp. All tail shell and no meat.
