4 Stars for food quality, but 0 stars for customer service (average of 2 stars).Ever since this store moved to it's new location East of Keele, the customer service has gone downhill.A few highlights of the negative experiences I've had include:1) Store running out of Sub bread 3 hours before closing and not bothering to make more.2) Being told the dining area was closed an hour before the store closed (and I wasn't informed until after I had paid and was about to sit to eat).3)...read full review
I've never been disappointed by the staff working here, they're really great people - even though they prefer to stay quiet and don't talk much. They're good at what they do, and they're pretty fast at it, too. They never push things on you, and after they ask you ONCE if you want a Combo, they'll never ask again until the next time you visit.
