This place is a hidden gem! The ladies behind the counter are the loveliest and serve up a great meal. They always have fresh hot food ready to go. I've had almost everything on the menu and it's the best everytime. My favourite is the curried chicken and stewed chicken. Omg so good! It's reasonably priced and portions are a good value. The atmosphere can be little updated but with food so good, I have nothing bad' to say. I overlooked it. Friendly,fast and great service. I'm definitely going to return to Jerk Box. Big fan!!

My experience ordering from Jerk box was incredibly amazing, the ladies and gents Maureen, Debbie, Akalah and your one and only wickedest chief Fada pow really took care of me. Customer service was great, food was top on line 10/10 well recommended for anyone looking for some nice Caribbean food.

I am a regular customer at the Jerk Box, however it was my first time that I ordered King fish, slice fish and festival which I picked up yesterday on Good Friday. It wss very tasty and delicious. The size were very big and worth every penny. I like the fact that they were open on the holidays which makes it very convenient for pickup. I dealt with Debbie who was extremely professional, and courteous. It was a great experience!!

I asked the woman to add more food because it looks small for a large meal the woman got mad at me and disrespect me But hey guy friend walked in and she did the same thing to him however when he ask for more she filled his container plate full with extra meet. I will never eat from Jerk box again... F

I ordered the curry goat , with rice and peas. And a medium chicken soup , the place is very busy, definitely worth the wait, the staff is super friendly, the goat was dynamite, the sauce was amazing , and the soup was excellent, I would definitely recommend you try

GROSS & ANNOYED - Firstly, I ordered from UberEats and didn’t get part of my order. Pretty pissed off since I didn’t get my initial refund.I ordered Jerk Chicken with white rice and rum cake on the side. I never received the rum cake which I paid $8.50 out of my pocket.Secondly, they say “jerk chicken” but this chicken is baked with jerk sauce added on it. Any Caribbean person can tell the truth difference between jerk grilled and baked chicken.The rice was just completely odd. I ended up throwing my entire food. This was the first and last time I’ll be ordering from this garbage place. Can’t even get the order right.Do yourselves a favour and find a REAL Jamaican restaurant with authentic food.

We catered from jerk box for a birthday. Ordered curry goat, jerk chicken and oxtail with rice and peas for 30ppl. Great service from start to finish. My only complaint would be that the food was a little too salty (jerk chicken out of the three) than when I had previously visited and also on the spicier side (from our guests), but I didn't mind the heat. Overall great experience

I swear I was begging for the food and not purchasing the food. I went to the jane and lawrence location on Feb 2nd 2024 between 12 -1pm. The server/cashier had her face screwed up and could not hard to even say hi. I stood there waiting for my receipt but she just walked away. Can the owner make sure these workers have customer service training please? People visit a business place regulary mainly because of good customer service. This was a very ghetto behaviour.
