I was craving corned beef for St. Patrick's Day. I saw that Big D's had it and I knew that I had to try it. I'm very happy that I did. It was soo good. I am definitely recommending this food truck and I am definitely going back. I would rate the food 100/10. ☺️

Went for a pulled pork sandwich and was told I couldn't get one because they only do those certain nights of the week. They could have made one but didn't. I won't go back, if you sell pork from your cart then I should be able to get a sandwich anytime. Bad business, I will find another cart to buy from instead. This place was a waste of time.

For starters, they stayed open a little later for me, so that was awesome.The food is amazing, The BBQ pork just melts in your mouth and just tastes amazing. Potato salad is perfect and the beans on the side make it all the more! My daughter loves the Mac and cheese with pulled BBQ pork on top! I hope to try their breakfast next! Truly a great place with a very welcoming environment. If you haven't yet I definitely recommend trying them out!

We got some smoked turkey for Thanksgiving and some smoked pecan pie and both were outstanding! The turkey came with gravy too. The pie was just the right amount of smokey. I cannot recommend their food enough! It’s delicious, the price is right and it’s supporting a local business. Win, win, win!!!!

This food truck is a hidden gem. It’s very easy to miss but definitely worth the extra effort. You won’t find better ribs anywhere in Oregon. Big D’s recently moved from Albany to Lebanon. If you’re driving south on Main Street, turn right on Elmore immediately after you pass the James Gang Pizza sign. Look for the turquoise food truck in the parking lot on your left.

After hiking the trails of McDowell Creek, we decided to stop at Big D's and ordered the Smoked Chicken Fried Steak to split. Not only was it delicious ? they even split it for us . If you've not yet tried Big D's you are missing out!!
