One of their employees put used chewing gum in my son's French fries. The shift manager Tom didn't care. Filled a complaint with corporate who basically just said "too bad". So only eat here if you like gambling about what kind of horrific thing that they'll likely put in your meal.

Tried the new chicken wraps. They were delicious. Great prices. They have the best french fries.
Absolutely the slowest fast food burger place. Inside or in the drive thru they are always super super slow. Got stuck sitting in the drive thru for like 35 mins and once you turn in there is zero ability to exit. And there was only only 3 cars in fron of us. Should not take 10 mins per car at a bk. Have given them other chances as they are close to target and sometimes easy grab and go after errands but has always taken forever. The help at the windows goes from kinda creepy to very annoyed to 1 dude who is super nice. Will just head over to the one by winco from now on.

Unless the young dude with the ponytail is working…. I highly recommend you eat elsewhere. The service is slow and terrible and the little angry women at the window need a lesson in manners and perhaps some additional job training. I can’t even get my coffee with sugar in it! Even when coffee is the only thing I’m ordering. Without ponytail guy, this Burger King would be in the toilet….. DO BETTER! If you want people’s money, DO BETTER.

I swear this is the worst run fast food restaurant in the area. And that's saying something.Waited at the drive through 2 hours prior to closing for 20 minutes AT the drive up speaker. Nobody answered. I waited for 15 minutes prior to that, and one car out of the two in front of me was helped. One person got tired of waiting and didn't even put in an orderThis has happened twice. Hours before closing. I thought that they may only be servicing one customer at a time but no! The person in front of me that was being helped was no longer there and they just didn't want to take the order. All lights were on and I saw a worker inside while I drove past the window, and I confirmed they were open another 2 hours....The mediocre food isn't worth the frustration and the lack of care. Maybe they aren't hiring enough workers or paying their workers enough. Honestly I will never deal with this again nor put a doordash driver through this. The first time seemed like a one-off. Twice now, it's just not worth it, obviously they don't want customers.When I have gotten food from the drive through, it's incredibly slow as is. It doesn't matter what time of day.Either of the McDonald's in town or the Jack in the Box would be a much better option to Burger King. I ended up leaving and going and ordering from Applebee's after my last encounter where they wouldn't take my order.I felt bad, the doordash driver who sat behind me the whole time was yelling through the window trying to get help. Poor dude.

Went to Burger King, bought some food. The receipt said that id I filled out a survey I could get a Whopper for free. So I filled out the survey, got a number, wrote it on the receipt. We to Burger King in Albany, they said I could not get a free Whopper unless I bought a drink and fries, I asked about the free Whopper and the survey, made no difference. Why does everyone lie and try to decieve these day!
Can't get a simple whopper NO MAYO right. Fries cold,soggy,and no salt. Onion rings also cold and soggy. Perfect example of why fast food employees are overpaid. And the food is WAY!! To overpriced for the quality. Save your money; go somewhere else..

Well, really had a craving for the whopper Jr meal. 2 for $5.00Sadly disappointed, the burgers were cold, still pink inside, and not very good on 10-24-23 approximately 11am.Service was great and employees very friendly and hardworking.Fries were fresh, and hot tho.Outside used to be beautiful, and looks sadly neglected.Parking: There are plenty of free parking spots.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there is wheelchair parking available, and accessible.

Three days no eggs for your breakfast menu, but I guess it doesn’t matter since you people don’t even service the people standing at the counter and NONE of your headsets work for the drive thru. How do I know all this? Because I USED to eat breakfast there every morning until your staffing and inventory went in the TOILET!!!!! DO BETTER BURGER KING!!! I give you a NO STAR RATING!!!!!! Never coming back!!!
