So disappointed. Ordered two calzones and got home. The dough was completely raw. I called and told them and gave me a credit for one later on. I don’t know why I would try it again. Waste of money.

Calzone was a basically a cold pocket of vegetable oil and grease with a couple mushrooms and a drop of congealed cheese, with one piece of spinach. Warm on the outside and a slippery mess of very little ingredients inside for a very high price. I love to support local businesses, but this will be our last visit here. I can see why they’re getting more 1-star reviews. I figured they could not mess up a calzone, but I was wrong. You’ve been warned.

Just so you all know, if you go in the morning the name you will find on the menu (and door) is Jo Jo Macs! Worry not, this is still Casetta di Pasta, they just don't switch to the Casetta di Pasta menu until 4:00pm. It seems like the cooks and employees are well acquainted with both menus, so if you are craving something off the evening menu it sounds like they may be willing to make it for you even if you arrive before 4:00pm if you ask nicely. ^^ The gumbo arrived topped with the dirty rice. It's very peppery and about medium in spice level. It's think like a gravy and tastes home made. ^^ The dirty rice isn't spicy (by comparison) but it is very salty. The Greek scramble (which you can have as either an omelette or a scramble) is very flavorful, the Sundried tomatoes balance out the salty Parmesan cheese very nicely. The Cajun shrimp benedict is also very good, more cheesy and mild when compared. It's all very good and the staff was very nice! ^^b (I have raised my rating to five stars! But Yelp hasn't changed it, so. -.-)

Unique options you don’t find everywhere and good flavors. They let us know calzones take a little while to cook and it was worth it! We got to try the new beignets with cherry dip and they were delicious!

Have you ever received a raw pizza before? No? Me neither, until I ordered from here. The medium pizza was completely doughy, not even close to done. It didn't even LOOK done, so I'm not sure how anyone thought it was ready to box up and send. The calzone was also completely doughy, and didn't even have the right ingredients. I ordered one of their menu items, not a custom request, and only one of the 5 to 6 ingredients was correct. Really disappointing. I don't think there's any coming back from this one. Do better.

I was surprised to see that now there are two restaurants in one space. Jojo Macs has joined Cassetta di Pasta, using the morning and afternoon time. I have posted the current menu.

Locally owned and most of the time I've ordered I run into one the owners working there. I found them both to be personable and I love the food. It' unusual experience for me as I found the place after 3/2020 and never goten pasta "To go" before, but this jointmade it worthwhile. Prosciutto and provolone macaroni is one of the best things I've ever eaten and we return there frequently. Try them out, keep them in business.

This was my fiirst time at this restaurant and I ordered the cheese ravioli with Alfredo sauce to go. It was extremely salty and I was unable to eat it. I live across town otherwise I would have taken it back.

Best Mac n cheese (with bacon & jalapeño) of my life and my little side salad was extremely fresh.

Really salty and greasy, expensive for what you get and it's just not very good. Pasta is hard to do poorly yet they manage to do it.

The food is absolutely amazing and the environment in the store was very aesthetic and cute. The workers were extremely kind which made the entire experience even better. I definitely recommend this place and will be back when I'm ever in Albany again!

Love the food. Never had a bad meal.

They offer very large portion sizes of delicious food. My husband's pasta was pretty oily, but my tortellini were delicious. I will definitely be back!
