They had a party come in at 11 that wasn’t on schedule and let them keep room and push a little girls party to open area. Horrible customer service. Owner talked down to us. Condescending. No discount for their mess up. At least could have called at 11 to tell us you had changed your mind and we couldn’t have room so we could have found a better place. No compassion what so ever given from owner.

I got the 8 piece chicken and jojos and the chicken was over done so hard we didnt get much most of it went to the garbage. And there was no thighs some litfle round things they were so hard like i said everything was so hard its was a waste if money for$23 dollars sorryNO GOOD never agian

Normally love Cidiccis even though it is over priced. Tonight we were given the wrong pizza at the drive thru. My husband took it back in and they went to remake our pizza (who knows where the original ended up). My husband watches the guy put pepperoni on half, not the whole pizza like ordered. Tells the girl at the front and she doesn’t go tell the pizza maker. Just sighs. My husband brings home the correct food and goes back to pick up our newly made pizza. Guess what? It’s wrong. Like he said. They didn’t offer a refund. Didn’t offer to deliver our pizza. Just expect us to spend 1 hour waiting around for the correct pizza. Not good customer service. Ciddicis, please do better.

Late evening hungry who's open at this hour? Although they were clearly still open and providing pizza, unfortunately the place didn't have any music playing,and they had a couple big TVs for watching sports, they were not on, and to top it off me and my wife were the only people in the entire restaurant.However the food was decent, and the employees seemed nice, we just thought it was strange.

The pizza and jojos were very delicious ! I love a place that doesn’t skimp on pizza toppings, tomatoes are my favorite and they went all out! :) Good lunch special prices.

I played video poker with my fiance dozens of times here. We were very thankful for the bonus/cash out( since we are homeless).Dietary restrictions: Ciddici's needs more options for people that have diet restrictions such as diabetes.Parking: I think the parking should be more organized/ have labeled signs in each parking spotKid-friendliness: The restaurant part of ciddici's is kid friendly, but having an attached gambling room-(makes ciddici's as a whole less kid friendly).Wheelchair accessibility: Ciddici's needs to be wheel chair accessible. It also needs to be disability approved/ provide services and products for disabled people.
Dirty and janky atmosphere. An RV parked perpendicular in the parking lot takes up a lot of spaces so my family and I had to park on the street WHICH YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO PAY FOR. Before we even got inside some homeless man tried to panhandle me and scared my 6 yo daughter. Waited 45 minutes for our pizza and it was burnt plus witnessed the owner scream at his employees over something. We could hear him form the dining room. Gloriously awful.
If you like being served by strung out drug addicts who from what I've seen may very well steal food from your order here is the place. Watch for the 6'5 dude being your server..
