Pretty darn hoppin for a tiny bar! Drinks were great, food was alright a bit dry, and the pads wagon melt! My friend said her food was a bit dry as well! Still good! Bartender was excellent attentive and poured great drinks. I recommend coming here! Way chill!

Great place with great staff. The gal tonight is working solo but doing a great job. Food is fantastic. Cheese sticks, Patty Melt and their Standard cheeseburger were all fantastic. Very recommended, good pool tables and atmosphere.

Only been here a few times and had a great experience each time. Bartenders are great, good drinks, and the locals were all nice and easy to get along with.
A Transformation Used to go here years ago for a cheap Saturday breakfast; it was a borderline dive-bar then. Stopped in last Saturday; what a change - remodeled, painted, clean and neat as a pin. The bartender was an enjoyment; the cook was ‘everybody’s grandmother’ and VERY GOOD. Had the special, which was an honest to goodness, old fashion chicken-fried steak, the likes of which haven’t been in Albany restaurants for decades. Previously had to go to the Sweet Home VFW or the Busy Bee Café in Springfield if we wanted something other than a ‘food-service’ product; however well it was disguised/gilded - still dog food w/gravy. If you haven’t been here for awhile, go back, this place is trying hard to be THE REAL DEAL.
