Hot and ready????? What a joke. How are y’all gonna advertise that and have them NEVER READY! Literally have had to wait the last 3 times for a basic pepperoni hot and ready for 20 minutes??? STOP ADVERTISING LIES!

Had a drive through order to pick up. Told me to pull into the front, waited for over 30 minutes before I walked into the store they had the pizza ready but never brought it out to me.

Super disappointed every time I go to this location. The staff aren’t friendly, they never have pizzas ready, and it takes them 45 minutes to make an order they tell you is going to take them 10-15 minutes.

Called over and over and kept hanging up. Then got put on hold for over 15 minutes. Then the guy at the drive thru was clueless. They also refused to make my sauce and said the reason was because they were busy but they weren't that busy. Eugene has no problem doing it. The manager needs to do a better job at training the employees.

Went to get some dinner today and heard nobody speaking, we said “hello” and waited a few and said “hello” again. No attitude from us in any way, and we get a rude “just wait a minute” In an extremly rude tone.. My friend said “could’ve just communicated that to us” under her breath and apparently that was too much for them. They all continued the attitudes and burnt all that we bought.

The management and owners should be ashamed. Young staff, under staffed. No support. Average wait time is 45 minutes. The staff is trying, but no leadership to guide them. Service and quality has truly suffered because of the lack of leadership.

This Little Caesars Pizza location is in dire need of improvement. The service and quality is never consistent. Sometimes we have okay service and food quality, but there are times that it was a waste of time and money. On one of our recent visits we received an email that our order was ready and went inside to find that slot empty. We were told that it wasn't ready. After waiting quite a while we found that the order was placed in the wrong slot the entire time. The food was cold by the time we got it. The breadsticks were also half of their normal size.Another issue that we witnessed is the horrible way the management treated their employees in front of customers. It is difficult for an establishment to retain employees if they are treated poorly. An employee will work harder and generally be more successful at their job if they feel valued and not belittled or humiliated in front of others by management.
