My favorite color is orange, their truck is orange. My son's birthday was the 16th, his favorite meal is a burger and fries, they serve the tastiest burgers I've had in a long time. The fries were perfect. It made my sons birthday dinner a very happy one. Will return and recommend.

absolutely disappointed, especially reading all these good reviews and seeing some of the pictures of the burgers, other people have gotten. my experience in the nicest way possible, paying $13 for a bacon smash burger. beyond dry. a singular very thin patty(i expect a “smashed patty” but this was cardboard thin.) they ask, do you want regular or spicy sauce? i tell them i want spicy sauce. not even a hint of spice there. bacon? 2 small pieces in the very middle of the burger. pickles? 1 pickle in the corner of the burger. the fries were super bland like eating an uncooked potato. half of them were undercooked and squishy. overall for the price. definitely not worth it, in my opinion. the only reason this is a 2 star review and not a 1, was the service. nice people!

Reeners smash burgers really lives up to the word being spread about it. Most definitely one of if not the best burger in Albany. Would definitely recommend making a stop by. Also customer service 10/10.

Terrible. Laughably overpriced. $9 for a lunch meat thin burger?! Ordered 2 doubles and a single. Opened the double first and thought it was a single. Opened the second and it was the same. Did I get charged for doubles and received singles. When I opened the single I was like, “no way.” Didn’t even reach the edge of the huge bun. I will say, the cook on it LOOKED good. A nice char. But couldn’t taste it due to the ratio of bun to burger. Mine didn’t look anything like the other pictures. More like a $3 kid’s burg with a huge bun.I’ll gladly pay this kind of money for a quality burger, but I’ll never return here. First Burger was so much better than this place. Faye’s is 2 blocks away and serves a much better burger.Maybe you should just sell sub sandwiches? Of course, you’d just cheap out on the meat there too.

Tried it twice. The first time back in September it was good! Perfectly cooked. Lots of grilled onions! Second time last night and the meat was over cooked and barely any onions. So inconsistent I just don’t think it’s worth it.

The wait time is at least 45 minutes. I’ve never eaten so much grease. I wouldn’t recommend as fast food as you cannot eat this in your car. I absolutely do not recommend!
