They are very rude to the doordash drivers came through to take an order told me to pull around and someone would bring it out just to make me wait in the parking lot and then tell me I have to go back through the drive through and this isn't the first time they have done this... Pizza Hut do better my g don't let ur own employees out pizza da hut ?
the online ordering is great and the drive through makes it easy to grab the pizza that was ordered.Parking: It's in the Heritage mall parking lot area.

The indoor seating is an odd relic of when people used to go get pizza in person. I think mid-afternoon bring the youh soccer team still works, but the look on the young person's face when I said, "for here" was priceless.Drinks are bottled only, no fountain, ranch is pre-packaged single serving, and I'm willing to bet the dishes we ate off of were the only ones used that week.That said, the young server was very sweet and did a fine job given that they definitely did not come to work thinking they'd be waiting tables.Finally, the pizza was excellent served fresh, and the kids, who'd probably never had it that way, were amazed. The wings were also very good.

WORTHLESS!!Ordered DoorDash for this guys just to screw it up anyways. Ordered the Chocolate Chip cookie thing, does this look like a chcolate chip. Yea i didnt think so either. When called they said we could pick one up if i could drive there. I wouldnt have ordered DoorDash to begin with if i had the means to get there. You know not living here and this is the food that we get is ridiculous. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!

Employees are rude if they acknowledge you, the carry out “deal” is NOT their normal pizza ( very low quality like lil ceasers ), and the prices keep going up. Stay away ( also they do ghost kitchens on delivery sites, so be vigilant as well ).

Took them almost an hour and a half to get my order to me. When I ordered my food it said it would take about 35 min. Not ONLY that it was not made correctly I ask for extra cheese, red Sause, and on one extra peperoni. I payed for the extra toppings and yet I never got what I ask for. NOrmally their better then this but latly the quality as taken a noise dive. Never time I am going to call and ask for my money back

AWFULL !!!Saddens me that I actually have to give them a Star just to post...I've noticed that they have been Declining in that last 2+ years or so...However I ordered a Pie, a Distinctive Pie, and when I got it home I found out they Gave me, but charged me for the Pie I ordered, a Piece of Bread with some cheese and Pineapple on it...When I called to Complain I didn't get the "Sir let's fix this Problem"...I got the "Oh well We'll give you $5.00 off on your next Order"...I wished that I Paid with a Credit Card so I could have "Disputed the Charges"...However as it stands they will never see another Nickle EVER from me again !!!

I just moved to Albany and ended up breaking my foot so I can't go anywhere. It says I live 1.2 miles away from the store and they won't deliver to where I live. That is absolutely ridiculous and I don't see how they can stay in business not delivering more than a mile from their store.
