Apparently the people who work here do not wear hair nets as my husband found a huge long hair in his burger. Didn't even get a bite out of it, thank God. Would not recommend unless you like having hair balls. What a waste of $40. Absolutely disgusting.

Were talking about future rivals of in&out here folks.Shortstops burgers are literally the best! I have never had a more satisfying dining experience at any other fast food establishment besides here. The taste and quality of the food are exceptional, and the service is top-notch, professional, and delightful.You can taste the forest, clean water, and quality conditions in the beef.The cheese melts like my heart for the angels that make these patties are sent from Heaven.If you haven't had shortstops.You are missing out big time.Please spoil your belly, your family, your friends, even vegatarians!!! spoil anyone with these fine boiga'z.

The shakes and burger were SO AMAZING. We live 4 hours away and I can guarantee we will be back to try more menu items! The smores shake was to die for and the burger had an unexpected yet tantalizing flavor profile. One constructive criticism would have to be the cookie dough shake contains cookie dough bites that are entirely too hard and too big in circumference to suck up the straw. Someone could nearly lose a tooth biting into one of those bad boys.. smores was the better choice for sure

The drivethrough is weird. Traffic flow makes it so it can never be fixed. The food is good, but the bad traffic flow makes it slower than it needs to be.
My sister and I tried this place today and we loved it! We had some burgers and some tater tots. I personally wasn’t a fan of the fry sauce, but I’ve been known to not like it, so I wasn’t disappointed. The employee who took our order was very friendly and brought a great first time experience for us. She was bubbly and nice. I wish I remembered her name.
