Bad customer service. They gave my order to someone else, refused to remake it. DoorDash did everything possible, they got my money and I never got my food.

If you're passing through Albany, you definitely need to stop here! The food was wonderful, full of flavor! We pre-ordered to have it ready by 8:15 pm and our order was ready by 7:45 pm. Wonderful customer service.

I have eaten here several times and have loved it everytime. This last time has made me question if I should ever go back or order again. I've been sick for several days and decided some spicy tonkatsu ramen would hit the spot. I ordered delivery through doordash. When it arrived, I was sad to see the boiled egg seemed to be missing. As I started eating the ramen, I found the egg. Buried under the noodles, with a bite taken out of it!! I don't know what happened here but it disgusted me to no end! There were clear teeth marks in the egg!! Perhaps someone returned their order and they thought it would be fine to send out. Maybe someone ordered in the restaurant, didn't like it, sent it back, and the chef decided to send it out as my delivery order.. Maybe my delivery driver just got hungry. I truly don't know what to think of this but it's unbelievably upsetting and I don't think I will be eating here again

They were unable to ask the kitchen a question due to a language barrier and would not go look at the cooking oil themselves so we had to eat elsewhere. If that is a known issue there should be an ingredient list for the English only servers.

Let me tell you how wonderful this restaurant is. Me and my wife had ramen bowls. The food was to us very fast and not only that , it was amazingly tasty! Would absolutely recommend to a friend.

Absolutely fantastic Ramen! Service was a bit lacking. No one came around to see if we needed more water, drinks or to see if we wanted or needed something else. It's a tiny place so service should be better as it was not super busy. Regardless, truly great Ramen and worth the visit.

I ordered BBQ pork fried rice through DoorDash and it is so good!!
This is a wonderful little ramen shop. I'd go back just for the brown sugar Boba tea. When they serve it, the Boba and syrup are hot at the bottom, and the milk is ice cold. It's not too sweet and the bobas are soft and bouncy. Recommend :)

This is small quaint little gem.The food is fresh and tasty.Have tried numerous options with all being a winner.I'd say you can't go wrong with your choice.I have always seen smiles on people coming and going.Take it is an option and dine in.Pad Thai was great in flavor but needed a bit color.We eat with our eyes first, presentation was good but a touch red would make it sexy.Ramen 103 had great broth and plenty to share or not...could eat it all.
