Starbucks generally has something for everyone. They offer a variety of teas, refreshers, hot & cold coffee, blended drinks, snacks, and more. Prices are a little high, but this is to be expected with a coffee shop. The seating area and bathrooms have always been clean during my visits.The parking lot leaves little to be desired. They share a very small parking lot with a dental office. The parking is compact, and it can be very difficult to find a space to park. The entrance and exits are also difficult to use at times. I think this location would do even better if they found a way to expand parking somehow.The employees have usually been friendly and welcoming anytime I visit. My beverages are usually made correctly and tasty. There are times when the drinks are not properly made, but they will fix the mistake if you ask them to. They do run out of popular items quickly when they are seasonal, but I just check back at a later date to see if it has been restocked. Overall, I'd give this location between 3.5 stars and 4 stars. I decided to rate it 4 stars due to the employees and overall satisfaction with the purchases I've made.

Parking and access/egress is terrible at this store. Tiny lot.Excellent service. Food was fine.
Rude service, passive aggressive manager who got angry at me for carrying my service dog into the store with me (I immediately stated I was not planning on staying inside) ordered one drink that took forever to get, and was so uncomfortable with the staff i will never be back. Avoid like the plague

i came in the other day and even though the line was really long in the drive thru and the parking lot was packed, i was still served in a timely manner and the young lady with the little black pony tail (i dont remember her name Ern or somethin) at the window was so nice and friendly and i was surprised at how well she was handling all the busyness! i recomend stopping here for all your drink needs!!! :)

I'm travelling. I went from the friendliest Starbucks, in Carson City, to the unfriendliest just a few minutes ago. Order taken in timely manner, then I waited while Barista filled other online orders...with 6 other baristas in store and no other patrons in store..finally get my coffee and cup is 3/4 filled. Did not feel like a valued customer at all.
