I always ask for a simple sandwich with cheese, meat, lettuce, black olives, extra mayo. There was barely anything on it, it was all bread.

Have been in a few times the last couple months where I did not order on the app. The staff themselves have been kind and the location is clean but each time I have come in there has only been one staff member working. With having the drive though, online orders and customers who walk in, it can be a bit of wait.

We ordered on our app last night and my teen picked up the order. At home we realized only 1 of the 3 sandwiches were correct. Two did not have cheese and were missing veggies and condiments ordered. I called to let them know, my assumption was they must be training. The employee I talked to confirmed they were training ms asked if I wanted to bring food back. We were not going back out after waiting 45 min for 3 sandwiches. The manager called called today and asked if I still had the sandwiches, seriously? She said because I didn’t have the food there was nothing they could do. Maybe don’t charge customers for food you do not give them? When trading staff don’t have the seasons staff on break leaving the new staff to work solo? (This is what I was told happened as a way of an explanation.)Service is always slow here, but usually our order is correct.

I ordered a premium sandwich which included bacon and avacado, which they charge extra for.I also ordered a breakfast sandwich with eggs.My order came without the bacon, avacado, or eggs.I stated this on the order page and no resolution was offered.

I love Subway. The food is always great. That’s why I’m giving it a four out of five. The only thing I do not like about this location is that there is only one person working the drive-through, walkins, and handling all of the other DoorDash or Uber eats orders. This location needs better management and to treat their employees fairly. Having one person do all of this is not fair.

If you are busy, I highly recommend downloading the Subway app. This business utilizes their app, as well as other restaurant apps, like DoorDash. However, Subway's app is my favorite. Whenever I'm running late, I simply order my lunch using their app while I'm getting ready for work, and then I can simply swing by their drive-thru and pick it up, no waiting, and since you pay for your food while ordering, it's even more convenient. Check it out, you will dig it!

Absolutely horrible service from one of the children they hire to work for them. I was told I had to order online because they couldn't make four sandwiches through the drive-thru. So I pulled around and ordered online. Once I got through the extremely slow online order process, the estimated wait time was a little over twenty minutes. At the allotted time I went through the drive through to pick up my sandwiches. I waited five minutes at the order screen for the guy to tell me my sandwiches would be ready "in a little bit." I pulled around and saw him and another kid rushing to make my sandwiches. Another almost ten minutes later the kid who told me he couldn't make four sandwiches through the drive through and that my sandwiches would be ready "in a little bit" handed me my sandwiches in a rush. I said "Forty minutes, that's how long you made me wait." He started to say they did it as fast as- and I cut him off and said, "I understand that you don't care-" and he slammed the window in my face and walked away. I didn't scream or Karen-out. I was almost frustrated to tears and this kid didn't care at all about what he did. He had helped every other person in the store and forgot about my order. He didn't care enough to apologize. He didn't take one minute to listen to what I had to say. It's not asking too much to listen to a customer complaint. And if he didn't want to deal with me then he could have simply said, would you like to speak to my manager. To slam the window in my face while I was speaking? I just can't believe Subway offers these kids so little training or that they hire children who care so little about their job or customer service. This was my first old person moment where I was mistreated by some kid and felt like he represented a generation. And I get that you will read this and believe I was somehow at fault or under-representing my tone because I'm a middle aged white woman and that's the stereotype we all assume these days, but for the record. I'm not.
