I was denied access to bathroom even though I had to #1 before I ordered food... They will only give you the bathroom code if you give them money. I get it but I have enough pride to walk away rather than peeing my pants waiting for other customers to get done ordering sandwiches, then order mine, then pay, then pee. Common courtesy customer service is missing. Lost a regular customer based on how corporate handled the situation too.

Still waiting 3 weeks later for my refund. Finally got someone to call me back to tell me the manager would call me the next day. It's now been 3 more days. Shouldn't take 17 days for a refund.

Charged me double meat on a sub that didn't get double meat and rang the other sub up wrong. Got charged $5 more than I should have. Definitely make sure you aren't being over charged. Incredibly stingy on toppings... 4 pickles on a footlong seriously? I used to love going to subway but now might as well just make a sandwich at home

Ordered 2 six inch sandwiches. Mine was six inches, but my wife's was only 4. Also, on a very slow day, there were 2 people behind the counter, which could have been easily handled by 1 while there were no straws or napkins.

Lettuce was bad and pink, worker needs to ware a hair net with his medium long hair. Super polite and nice attitudes.

Emy or whatever her name is needs to leave her attitude at home. Went in today and ordered a sandwich and asked if could cut the footlong sandwich and wrap them individually. She rolls her eye and right in front of the assistant manager. Then as I’m paying she begins to back talk the manager. She shouldn’t be working there if she doesn’t want to deal with customers.

Ten dollars worth of salad. Asked for a handful of lettuce after the guy skimped on me several times, and he sprinkled some on top. Apparently the man’s never had a handful of anything. Subways are just going down the drain.

I will not return to this subway location. Two times in a row I have been there and they were out of roast beef but for some reason the other Subway locations in Albany have it. When I asked to sub for a different meat, they said that’ll be a two dollar extra charge even though they are out of roast beef that normally comes on the sandwich. I asked why they can’t substitute when they are out of the meat that comes on my sandwich and they said they are not allowed to do that, it’ll be two dollars extra. On top of that, the sandwiches are made very sloppily and spill out everywhere. I’d recommend going to a different location, costumer service here is terrible.
