I was in a neighborhood I do not normally frequent, and got to try this place. It is in My top two taco carts in Oregon, as of now. They only have two things on the menu - Cabeza tacos and Consome. The tacos are made with handmade tortillas and are unique and delicious. I like to take the consome home and add some salt and diced avocado and some more onion. Damn good.only open on the weekends and gets crowded fast.
