They hire these kids that won't give you the time of day when you go in there to try to talk to them, and they're putting these toppings on the pizzas very sparsingly. I was pretty disappointed when I got pepperoni pizza and thought it was just a Cheese Pizza with a couple of pepperones on it. They need to hire better than teenagers and that pay attention to what's going on. It's really irritating when you go there. And you're standing and waiting and waiting, and they're just like the duh.

By far the worst Papa Murphy pizza we've ever had. In fact it went into the garbage. Purchased on Nov 27th, midafternoon. The crust didn't brown because it was soaked in oil. The cleanliness of the store, engagement of staff and quality of pizza was horrendous!!

They don't answer their phones!All of the workers hang out in the back!The price has went up but yet the quality and quantity has went down. It used to be a great place now. It is a bunch of teenagers with no guidance or an adult in sight. They're so lazy they barely spread the toppings or stretch the dough. The toppings don't cover the entire pizza and the crust doesn't reach the edge! Rip off!

My normal go-to Papa Murphys place. However, there were new personnel behind the counter and the XL pizza I ordered was missing something taste wise. Yes, I'll go back there when I want another pizza and hope for the best.

I ordered just outside the store at 5:15, walked and patiently waited. And waited. And waited. The owner at around 6pm looks at me and tells me "I've been here a long time. Too long, you need to go." I sat there for a second thinking I miss heard him. And he repeated what he said and made a shooing gesture. On my way out I felt him put his hands on me and I shook him away and left. Five minutes later I called the store back still in disbelief. I told the person on the phone what happened and they told me I can get my pizza. I don't know why he kicked me out, and I really don't care. But at 6:15 they are just now making my food, and they still gave me the wrong order and had to remake it. I'm lost for words, I frequented there often, I tip high, and I get kicked out. The only way I would come back would be a pretty big apology, especially since I'm not sure I'm allowed in? If it was a joke, it wasn't funny.

The quality of the pizza has decreased dramatically as the owner decided we should pay much more than previously with about half the toppings. I will not return to this store after many years of doing so. Sad.

Pizza's popping if you FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. Best results, don't let dough get warm, cook it when you get home and cook it on the card board tray provided for 10 minutes, THEN, gentley, like your sweet tender lover, coax it off the tray and on the OVEN RACK, then allow time for your liking and wellness.****WHEN YOU SEE HORRIBLE PICTURES OF HORRIBLE PIZZA BAKING ATTEMPTS, DONT THINK THEY ARE ACRUALLY LIKE THAT, THEY ARE NOT.
