The shrimp tackle box was overcooked. The chicken tenders are a hit or miss. For some reason the sprite never really tastes like sprite anymore. It has more of a moldy dirty taste. The service was very dry and not very customer friendly at all. No receipt, No thank you no nothing. Over 21 dollars for the shrimp tackle box combo and 5 chicken tenders. The best thing about the meal the hot tender biscuit!

I ordered online and it is always missing the sides. When deliver via gruhub the bags are not sealed. Called on the phone and the post sale made you feel you are trying to steal from them. Very bad. Wings are good... too bad the bad service.

3/21/24 ordered dinner at the drive thru and spent over 30 dollars once receiving our food. We could hear the employee saying “Jesus Christ” I don’t know what their problem was but the employees are so rude and condescending for doing their job. I’ve worked customer service my whole life so I’m was never rude when ordering my food and I thanked them but some employees just have rude attitudes to be working there. It’s like the employees get bothered for giving Popeyes business and ordering food. Also fyi they change 25c for sauce

Typical fast food chain. I would say service was better, but I spent a ton on a family meal only to find that gave us no chicken breasts. When I called to let them know and maybe get a couple of breasts, there was no answer. They are a franchise, so I didn't bother reaching out to corporate.
